Your AND.CO Data Will Be Permanently Deleted
AND.CO (Fiverr Workspace) shuts down completely on March 1, 2026. After that date, your data is gone forever. No recovery. No exceptions.
This tutorial walks you through exporting everything you need. It takes about 15-20 minutes. Do it today.
Why This Matters
Your AND.CO account contains critical business data:
- Client contacts: Names, emails, company details
- Invoice history: Records you need for taxes
- Signed contracts: Legal documents you may need later
- Time tracking: Proof of work, billing records
- Project history: Portfolio documentation
All of this disappears on March 1st unless you export it.
Complete Export Checklist
Step 1: Export Client Data
- Log into your AND.CO dashboard
- Navigate to Clients section
- Click Export or Download CSV
- Save the file as
andco-clients-2026.csv - Open the file to verify all clients are included
What to check: Client names, email addresses, company names, phone numbers, addresses.
Step 2: Export Invoice History
- Navigate to Invoices
- Set date range to All Time
- Export as CSV (for data import elsewhere)
- Export individual invoices as PDF (for tax records)
- Save to folder:
andco-invoices/
What to check: Invoice numbers, amounts, client names, payment status, dates.
Pro tip: Download PDFs of paid invoices for your tax records. The CSV shows data but PDFs show the actual invoice format clients received.
Step 3: Export Contracts
- Navigate to Contracts
- Click each contract to open it
- Download as PDF
- Save to folder organized by client:
andco-contracts/[client-name]/
What to check: Signatures are visible, all pages are included, dates are correct.
Important: Signed contracts are legal documents. Keep them for at least 7 years for legal protection.
Step 4: Export Time Tracking
- Navigate to Time Tracking or Reports
- Select All Projects
- Set date range to All Time
- Export as CSV
- Save as
andco-time-tracking.csv
What to check: Hours per project, billable vs non-billable, client attribution, dates.
Step 5: Export Projects
- Navigate to Projects
- Export project list as CSV (if available)
- Alternatively, screenshot or copy project details manually
- Document: Project names, descriptions, clients, status
Step 6: Backup Everything
- Create a master folder:
AND-CO-Backup-2026/ - Organize subfolders:
clients/,invoices/,contracts/,time/,projects/ - Upload to cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive)
- Create a second backup in a different location
- Test that files open correctly
Don't delete anything until you've successfully imported to your new platform and verified all data transferred correctly.
What Data Format to Expect
Most exports are CSV (comma-separated values). This is a spreadsheet format that works with:
- Microsoft Excel
- Google Sheets
- Apple Numbers
- Any data import tool
Contracts and invoices export as PDF files you can view and print.
Common Issues and Fixes
Export button not working?
Try a different browser (Chrome usually works best). Clear your cache and try again.
Missing data in export?
Check your date range filters. Make sure "All Time" is selected.
CSV looks garbled?
Open with Google Sheets instead of Excel. Excel sometimes has encoding issues with exported CSVs.
Next Steps After Export
Once you have your data backed up:
- Choose your new platform: See our AND.CO alternatives comparison
- Import your data: Most platforms accept CSV imports
- Set up your branding: Configure your new workspace
- Test with one client: Verify everything works before full migration
