AND.CO is shutting down
AND.CO (now called Fiverr Workspace) officially shuts down on March 1, 2026. After that date, your contracts, invoices, time logs, and client data become permanently inaccessible.
This guide covers everything you need to know: the timeline, how to export your data, and which alternatives actually replace what AND.CO did, plus what it never offered.
The shutdown timeline
January 31, 2026: billing stops
Monthly subscriptions cancel automatically. Annual subscriptions refund unused months. After this date, no new payments are collected.
February 1 to February 28, 2026: free access period
You can still log in and access your data. This is your final window to export clients, invoices, contracts, and time tracking logs. Waiting until late February is risky because server issues, export errors, or personal emergencies can block access when you need it most.
March 1, 2026: permanent shutdown
All access ends. Your data is deleted. There is no recovery option after this date.
Why AND.CO is closing
Fiverr acquired AND.CO in 2018 and rebranded it as Fiverr Workspace in 2021. The shutdown reflects Fiverr's strategic focus on their marketplace rather than standalone freelancer tools.
For freelancers who used AND.CO for contracts, invoices, and time tracking, this is a forced migration. The good news: this is also an opportunity to upgrade to a tool that covers what AND.CO always lacked.
What to export before the shutdown
Your data will be permanently deleted. Export everything before February 28, 2026.
Client contacts
Export names, emails, phone numbers, company details, and notes as CSV. Most alternative platforms accept CSV imports, which means you avoid re-entering every client manually.
Invoice history
Download invoices in two formats: CSV for importing into new platforms, and PDF for tax records. Your accountant needs the PDFs. Download at least 7 years of history for tax documentation purposes.
Signed contracts
Download every signed contract as PDF. These are legal documents. Store them permanently outside AND.CO.
Time tracking logs
Export all billable and non-billable hours as CSV. The export should include date, client, project, task description, and duration.
For step-by-step export instructions, see our AND.CO data export tutorial.
What AND.CO did well
- Clean contract templates with e-signatures
- Professional invoices with online payment
- Basic time tracking tied to clients
- Expense tracking for tax purposes
What AND.CO was missing
AND.CO handled paperwork. But once a client signed, you still needed to manage the actual work somewhere else.
- No real project management (tasks, deadlines, boards)
- No client visibility into project progress
- No proposals that turn into projects automatically
- No automation beyond basic reminders
- No branded client portal for updates and files
This migration is a chance to fix that gap. Choose a replacement that covers both lists.
Best AND.CO alternatives
Plutio: the complete replacement
Plutio covers everything AND.CO did (contracts, invoices, time tracking, proposals) but connects them to actual project work. When a client signs a proposal, the project appears with tasks already created. Time tracking ties to tasks and invoices. Clients get a branded portal where they see progress, upload files, and communicate without chasing you over email.
Real results from Plutio customers: YazMarketing boosted their sales pipeline by 80% with connected proposals and projects. West 7th Design Studio reduced client support calls by 90% using dashboards and client portals. Cheri Lasota halved her admin workload by keeping everything in one place.

Bonsai
Bonsai covers contracts, invoices, and time tracking. Similar scope to AND.CO. Works well if paperwork is your main need and you manage projects elsewhere.
HoneyBook
HoneyBook handles client intake, scheduling, and payments. Strong for booking and onboarding. Less suited for ongoing project delivery.
Dubsado
Dubsado offers deep workflow customization for intake forms and automation. Steeper learning curve. Best for users who want to build complex automations themselves.

Migration steps
- Export your AND.CO data first. Download everything before signing up for anything else. You need the backup regardless of which tool you choose.
- Sign up for free trials. Most platforms offer 7 to 14 days. Test 2 to 3 options before committing.
- Import a small batch. Try importing a few clients and invoices to test the process. Verify the data transfers correctly before migrating everything.
- Set up branding and templates. Configure your logo, colors, and email templates so the experience matches your business.
- Migrate fully. Move all clients and historical data once you are confident in the platform.
- Notify your clients. Send a brief email explaining the new portal, payment links, or login process.
Budget about one week for the full transition. Most of the active work takes 2 to 4 hours.
