Automation limits and pricing
Each automation supports up to 20 nodes, combining the trigger, conditions, and actions in a single workflow. The number of automations in a workspace is unlimited, so workflows can be split across multiple automations or consolidated into larger chains up to the 20-node cap.
Node limits
Every element in an automation counts as one node: the trigger, each condition, and each action. An automation with one trigger, two conditions, and five actions uses eight nodes, leaving room for twelve more. Workflows that need more than 20 steps can be split across multiple automations, with one automation's webhook action triggering the next automation's webhook trigger to continue the chain.
Trigger runs and monthly tracking
Each time an automation's trigger fires and the automation executes, that counts as one trigger run. Trigger runs are tracked monthly across your workspace. A complex automation with ten actions still counts as a single trigger run per execution, because the count is tied to the trigger firing, not the number of actions that follow.
Plan allowances and add-ons
Base plans include a set number of trigger runs per month. When the monthly allowance is reached, additional trigger runs can be purchased as an add-on without changing plans. Usage resets at the start of each billing cycle, so a busy month doesn't permanently affect future capacity.
Monitoring automation usage
Trigger run usage is visible in workspace settings, showing how many runs have been consumed in the current billing period and how many remain, so automations can be prioritised before the monthly allowance runs out.
