Overview
Your Amazon.de account runs on a catalogue you can trust, ads that spend on relevant searches, and a documented path for fixing issues quickly when Amazon raises a warning or suppresses an ASIN.
We’ll get your account, listings, FBA setup, and ads into a structure that can scale without tripping policy or breaking variations. You’ll have a clean catalogue, controlled spend, and a case trail we can point at when Amazon flags something. Next, we’ll start with an intake and a first-pass triage inside Seller Central.
We start with category and compliance intake, because most launch delays and suppressions come from missing attributes, mismatched documents, or the wrong variation theme. Then we rebuild what’s fragile: flat files for parent child structure, FBA shipment plan and prep checks, and PPC rebuilt around search terms you would actually want to pay for.
Who you are working with
We run amazon account management for brands that already sell elsewhere and want Amazon.de to behave like a sales channel, not a daily fire drill. We’ve seen the same pattern repeat: a listing looks fine on the surface, then a variation rule, missing attribute, or compliance mismatch turns into suppressed ASINs and wasted ad spend.
We get picked when the risk is the point. We rebuild catalogue structure in flat files instead of clicking around until it looks right, and we keep a case log with dates, screenshots, and the exact wording used in Seller Central. When something breaks, we can show what changed, what we tried, and what Amazon replied.
The team
You’ll work with the same three people from setup through ongoing management, so questions get answered by someone who has the history.
Team
Lena Vogel, Amazon account manager. Lena runs the day to day account work in Seller Central, keeps the case log tidy, and flags account health issues before they turn into deactivations.
Moritz Hartmann, Catalogue and listing specialist. Moritz fixes catalogue structure: variation themes, parent child rebuilds, flat file uploads, and the attribute checks that stop listings getting suppressed.
Jasmin Keller, PPC and reporting lead. Jasmin rebuilds and manages PPC, keeps search terms clean, and sends reporting you can use to decide what to push and what to pause.
Recent projects
Here are a few recent amazon account management jobs where the work was mostly catalogue risk, FBA setup, and getting ads under control.
Portfolio
Amazon.de launch setup. Built the account foundation, Brand Registry support, first listing set, and an FBA shipment plan that matched the prep requirements. Launch went live without stranded inventory or suppressed parent listings.
Variation rebuild and merges. Rebuilt broken parent child relationships in a flat file, corrected variation themes, and cleaned up duplicate children. The goal was stable reviews on the right children and fewer suppressed listings after uploads.
PPC rebuild and cleanup. Rebuilt Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands around tighter keyword sets, added negatives from search term reports, and separated brand from non-brand. Spend shifted away from broad junk terms into queries that convert.
“Listings stopped getting suppressed, and our PPC spend finally made sense.”

Category and compliance intake notes
A written intake with the category path, required attributes, and the documents Amazon expects. You get this in week one, and we update it when the category or requirements change.
CATALOGUE FIX AND BUILD FILE SET
The working flat files we use to build and repair listings, including parent child structure and variation themes. You receive an export after major changes and a current version anytime you ask.
FBA SHIPMENT PLAN CHECKLIST
A checklist we run before each send in: prep requirements, label plan, carton content rules, and shipment plan settings. You get one for the first launch and then the same check on every replenishment cycle.
PPC campaign structure and changes log
A documented campaign structure for Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, plus a change log. You get the initial rebuild, then a running log with what we changed and why each month.
ACCOUNT HEALTH TRIAGE AND CASE LOG
A case log with dates, case IDs, screenshots, and the exact text used. You get this from day one, and it stays current so policy warnings and suppressions do not live only in someone’s inbox.
MONTHLY PERFORMANCE REPORT
A monthly report covering sales, traffic, ad performance, search term findings, and the next set of fixes. It lands at the start of each month for the prior month’s activity.
What it costs
Pick a setup tier for getting live, then add ongoing management for month-to-month PPC, account health, and case handling. Prices are per month.

Next steps
If you want us to take this on, sign below and we’ll send the intake checklist the same day.
1. Sign the proposal to confirm amazon account management. 2. Pay 50% of the setup invoice so we can start. 3. Share Seller Central access and product data, then we begin intake and triage.
WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM US TO GET THE ACCOUNT AND LISTINGS LIVE?
We’ll ask for your brand and company details, product data (titles, bullets, dimensions, materials, compliance docs), and access to Seller Central. If you already have a catalogue, we’ll also ask for an inventory and SKU map so we do not create duplicates.
CAN YOU FIX OUR VARIATIONS AND MERGES WITHOUT BREAKING REVIEWS?
We can usually fix structure without losing reviews, but we won’t promise it blind because Amazon decides what sticks. We work in flat files, document every change, and take a cautious path that avoids unnecessary new child ASINs.

Fee summary
How do you run PPC so we don’t burn budget on junk clicks?
We rebuild around tight keyword groups, separate brand from non-brand, and prune search terms weekly. You’ll see negatives added from search term reports, match types kept intentional, and a change log that ties spend changes to specific actions.
IF WE GET A POLICY WARNING OR SUSPENSION, WHO WRITES THE CASES AND WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM US?
We write and manage the cases, and we keep the case log so nothing gets lost. From you, we need any documents Amazon asks for and a quick confirmation of facts, like invoice dates, manufacturer details, or what changed in the listing.
Payment
Setup work is billed 50% to start and 50% when we hand over the agreed setup outputs. Ongoing work is invoiced at the start of each month. Every invoice is payable within 7 days.
What we need from you. To start amazon account management, we need brand and company details, product data, compliance documents, and Seller Central access. If you have an existing catalogue, we also need an inventory and SKU map to avoid duplicates.
Changes to scope. If the work changes, we will write down what changed and what it affects before we do it. We will not start extra work until you confirm it in writing, so the invoice matches the work.
Catalogue edits and reviews. We can usually fix variations and merges without losing reviews, but Amazon makes the final call. We work in flat files where possible, keep a change log, and take the cautious path that avoids unnecessary new child ASINs.
Policy cases and timelines
We write and manage policy and account health cases, and we keep the case log so nothing gets lost. You provide the documents Amazon asks for and confirm facts fast, because delays usually come from missing proofs.
Access and permissions. You will give us the level of access needed to do the work in Seller Central and advertising. If access is removed or reduced, we pause work and pick up again when access is restored.
Ownership of work. Once setup fees are paid, you own the file set we build for your catalogue and the account documentation we produce. Amazon’s platform data, templates, and tools stay under Amazon’s terms.
