What Plutio Pal can do
Pal can both answer questions about your workspace and take actions on your behalf. Everything it does is based on your real, live data.
Searching and answering questions
Pal can search across your workspace and answer questions about what it finds:
- Search for tasks, projects, contacts, invoices, contracts, proposals, events, files, wiki pages, conversations, time entries, and transactions.
- Summarise a project's progress (tasks completed, time logged, upcoming deadlines).
- Summarise recent activity or conversations.
- Find overdue tasks, unpaid invoices, or upcoming events.
- Look up a contact's active projects, outstanding invoices, and recent conversations.
- Answer questions about time tracked, hours logged, and billing totals.

What Pal can't do
Pal works within the tools listed above. It can't:
- Send proposals or invoices to clients (you need to click Send yourself).
- Change workspace settings or billing plans.
- Upload files or create forms.
- Build automations or custom pages.
- Access data outside your workspace.
If you ask Pal to do something it can't, it will let you know and suggest what to do instead.
