A move can look fine on the phone, then turning up on the day brings the surprises: parking that’s too far, lift rules no one mentioned, scuffed corridors, and boxes landing in the wrong rooms. A moving proposal gives the buyer a written plan for access, packing, protection, and handover so the day doesn’t turn into damage and arguments.

The template opens with The short version, then explains the crew and process in About us, Who you will work with, and Team, so the buyer knows who’s in charge on site. How we work and the service pages spell out the on-site survey, labeling, protection, dismantle and reassembly, appliance coordination, and the end-of-move walk-through, with Space Grotesk headings on a magenta layout and dark green accents that read like clear checklist labels. Pricing keeps the numbers separate from the method, and Booking and payment and Packing and fragile items answer the awkward questions, like what changes the price, who handles building rules, and how fragile items get packed.

  • The short version Summarises what gets moved, protected, packed, placed, and handed over so the buyer can agree on the outcome before reading the details.
  • How we work Explains the on-site survey, packing and load-out, and how access and labeling get decided before moving day.
  • Written move plan Describes the access plan, lift booking needs, protection points, truck timing, and the load and unload order that the day follows.
  • Pricing Holds the priced item, and you swap in your own numbers before sending so the quote matches the move type you’re offering.
  • Getting started Carries the signature and fee summary so booking, the deposit, and the next confirmations happen in writing.

In Plutio, you replace the price for Intercity, send the proposal, and the client accepts and signs online. The signed copy sits with the agreed scope and payment schedule, leaving one place to check what got promised before the truck gets booked.

We went from spending hours on every proposal to creating fully customized ones in under 5 minutes. That's not an exaggeration - we timed it.

The proposal in full

The short version

You’ll have your home or office moved, placed, and reassembled with the building protected, fragile items packed for transit, and a clear handover so nothing is left behind or missing at the end.

You reached out because you’ve got fixed move dates and you need a crew that protects the building, keeps track of every box, and doesn’t turn the day into a fight. We plan access first, then pack, move, and set up. If you’d like, we can start with an on-site look and a written plan.

We start by checking access, lift rules, and truck parking so moving day runs to a clock. Then we pack and label by room, protect corridors and lift walls, and load in a set order so unloading is placement, not guesswork. You get call-ahead timing at arrival so you’re not waiting by the door.

About us

We do home and office moving in Busan, and we built our workflow around the two things that decide whether a move feels smooth or chaotic: access and labeling. We started with small apartment moves where lift rules and parking are the whole job, then grew into office relocations where the Monday morning setup matters as much as the truck.

People pick us when they want the plan written down before the first box is taped. We do an on-site survey when the job needs it, we speak with building management about lift booking and protection rules, and we load by sequence so unloading is placement by room and zone. If something needs a special step, we flag it early and confirm it in writing.

Who you will work with

You’ll have named people to call before moving day, and a supervisor on site while the truck is being loaded and unloaded.

Team

Kim Hae-jin, Operations manager. Kim Hae-jin runs operations and sets the moving-day plan around access, lift rules, truck timing, and the order we load so unloading stays controlled.

Park Min-seo, Move coordinator. Park Min-seo is your move coordinator, collecting building details, confirming dates, and keeping the packing list and room labels aligned with what you need first.

Lee Jun-ho, Crew supervisor. Lee Jun-ho supervises the crew on site, checks floor and wall protection, and calls out any tight turns or clearance risks before furniture moves.

Choi Soo-bin, Packing lead. Choi Soo-bin leads packing, with a set method for TVs, mirrors, glassware, and kitchen items so fragile boxes travel stacked and braced.

Selected work

Here are a few recent home and office moving jobs that show how we handle different buildings, access limits, and setup needs.

Portfolio

Apartment move with lift booking. We surveyed access, booked the lift window, protected corridors and lift walls, and packed by room with labels on two sides. The unload ran floor-by-floor, with furniture placed before boxes so rooms stayed walkable.

Intercity home move. We packed fragile kitchen items and TVs on day one, then loaded early for linehaul and called ahead with arrival timing. At the destination we placed by room and reassembled beds and shelving so the home was usable that night.

Weekend office relocation. We planned zones for desks, chairs, and filing, then labeled by department and destination position. We dismantled and reassembled workstations and delivered priority crates first so the office could open on Monday with the basics in place.

“Everything arrived labeled, on time, and nothing in the building was damaged.”

How we work

A move goes well when the rules and the route are decided before the first box is taped. We’ll confirm access, protection, lift timing, and what has to arrive first, then we run the day to that plan so you’re not making decisions under pressure.

1. On-site survey Before booking We visit the pickup and, when needed, the drop-off to check lift size, corridor turns, door widths, parking distance, and any building rules. We also note bulky items, fragile items, and anything that needs dismantling. You’ll get a written plan we can price against. 2. Pack and load-out Day 1 We protect floors and lift walls, then pack and label by room or department so boxes can be placed without opening them. Fragile items get a separate packing method and clear markings. We load in a set order so the first items off match the first spaces to set up. 3. Transport and call-ahead Same day Once we leave the pickup, we keep the truck on schedule and call ahead with an arrival window so you can meet building management or unlock access. If parking ends up farther than planned, we pause and confirm the safest route before unloading starts. 4. Unload and setup Day 2 We lay protection again, then place furniture and labeled boxes into the right rooms or zones. We reassemble items we dismantled and position appliances where you want them. Before we leave, we do a walk-through with you to confirm nothing is still on the truck.

Written move plan

A simple plan covering access, lift booking needs, protection points, truck timing, and the order we load and unload, so the day runs the same way we priced it.

LABELED PACKING SYSTEM

Boxes and labels organized by room or department, with fragile markings where needed, so unloading is placement and you can find priority items without tearing everything open.

PROTECTIVE MATERIALS AND WRAPPING

Floor and wall protection for common areas, plus wraps and padding for furniture and key items during loading, transport, and unloading to reduce dents and scratches.

Furniture dismantle and reassembly

Basic dismantling for items that won’t clear doors or lifts safely, and reassembly at the destination so beds, desks, and shelving can be used right away.

APPLIANCE MOVING AND COORDINATION

Safe movement of fridges, washers, and AC units, with basic hookup coordination so the right person can disconnect and reconnect at the right time.

END-OF-MOVE WALK-THROUGH

A final check at pickup and drop-off with you to confirm placements, confirm reassembly is complete, and confirm nothing is left in a room, hallway, or on the truck.

Pricing

These are starting prices for home and office moving. After the on-site survey and access check, we confirm one number in writing based on volume, distance, and building rules.

Priced items

Getting started

If you’re ready to lock in the date, we’ll confirm access details first and then schedule the crew and truck against your move window.

1. Sign the proposal to reserve your moving date. 2. Pay the 30% booking amount so we can schedule crew and truck. 3. Confirm lift booking, parking, and key handover details, then we begin the work.

Fee summary

Booking and payment

To book your dates, we invoice 30% of the price when the proposal is signed. The remaining 70% is invoiced when the finished work is handed over. Each invoice is payable within 14 days of its date.

Scope changes. If the on-site survey or moving day shows a change in volume, access, or distance, we stop and price the change in writing before we continue. That keeps the move plan and the invoice matched to the same scope.

Access and building rules. You’ll organise access permissions we can’t apply for on your behalf, and share building rules before moving day. We handle elevator booking and corridor and floor protection, and we follow the building’s time windows and loading rules.

Parking and carry distance. If the truck can’t park close to the entrance, we treat it as a longer carry and confirm the plan on site. Any paid parking, tolls, or entry fees are passed through at cost with receipts.

Packing and fragile items

We pack TVs, mirrors, and fragile kitchen items with protective materials and wrapping, then label boxes by room and priority. If you have items you want packed last or carried by hand, tell us during the survey.

Appliance moving and hookups. Appliance moving includes basic hookup coordination only, meaning we position the unit and coordinate timing with building staff or your installer. Work that requires a licensed electrician, plumber, or gas technician is booked and paid separately.

Delays and rescheduling. If elevator access, keys, or loading zones aren’t available at the agreed time, the crew waits while we coordinate with you, and the schedule may shift. If you need to reschedule, we’ll confirm the next available dates in writing.

Questions about this proposal template

What should a moving proposal include?

A moving proposal usually includes the move scope, how packing and protection are handled, what the crew will do on the day, pricing, and the booking and payment terms. This template also covers access and building rules, scope changes, and how fragile items are packed.

Can a mover do an on-site survey before quoting?

Yes, an on-site survey is a common way to check lift size, corridor turns, door widths, parking distance, and building rules before confirming the final number. This proposal describes an on-site look and a written plan that the price can be based on.

Who handles elevator booking and protecting corridors during a move?

Responsibility can be split between the building, the customer, and the mover, so the proposal should say who does what. This template says access permissions and building rules get shared by the client, while the mover handles elevator booking and corridor and floor protection and follows time windows and loading rules.

How do movers pack TVs, mirrors, and other fragile items?

Movers generally use protective materials and wrapping, then label boxes by room and priority so unloading is placement, not guesswork. This template also asks for any items that need to be packed last or carried by hand to be flagged during the survey.

What happens if the truck can’t park close to the entrance?

A parking or loading-zone issue can change timing and handling, so the proposal should cover how the crew proceeds and how changes get priced. This template ties changes in access to a written change price before continuing, keeping the move plan and invoice aligned.

Do I need a signed proposal to book a moving date?

Many movers use a signed proposal as the written acceptance that reserves the date and triggers the booking payment. This template includes acceptance, a 30% booking amount on signing, and the remaining 70% invoiced at handover with 14-day payment terms.
