In brief
You will have weekday care you can plan around, and a child who knows the room, the adults, and the daily rhythm, with early, plain updates on how the first weeks are landing.
Most parents who call us are lining up weekday cover around work hours, and they want to know drop-off, pick-up, meals, naps, and how the first weeks in a group will go. You will have a settled daily rhythm and quick feedback after each day, so nothing drifts unnoticed. Next we will confirm your start date and map the first adaptation days.
We start with adaptation days that include you and then short separations, so your child meets the room, the teachers, and the day in small steps. We watch how they manage meals, nap time, and transitions, write brief development notes, and agree a daily rhythm with you. You get a short handover at pick-up every day and a longer teacher check-in early on.
A bit about us
We run a nursery and preschool where the day is built around steady routines that young children can predict. Our work is full-day preschool care for working families, plus a toddler room for ages 1 to 3, on-site speech support, and day-to-day teaching that prepares children for the next stage without rushing them through it.
parents choose us because we make the first weeks practical and visible. We do adaptation in steps, we write down what we see in the group, and we talk to you at pick-up while the day is still fresh. When something is not working, like meals, naps, or separation at the door, we change the plan early and tell you what we changed and why.
Meet the team
You will see the same lead people at drop-off and pick-up, so questions get answered by the adults who were there for the day.
Team
Katarzyna Nowak, Nursery Director. Katarzyna sets the daily standards in the rooms and is the person we bring in when a child needs a tighter adaptation plan.
Marek Zieliński, Preschool Teacher. Marek leads the preschool day, keeps the group rhythm steady, and gives you a clear pick-up summary on meals, nap, and mood.
Joanna Wójcik, Toddler Room Lead. Joanna runs the toddler room and focuses on the practical steps that make days easier: transitions, calm separations, and sleep cues.
Agnieszka Lewandowska, Speech Therapist. Agnieszka sees children in the preschool for speech sessions and gives simple home pointers you can use at the table and in play.
Recent work
These are recent starts where we handled the first weeks carefully and kept parents in the loop early, especially around separation, naps, and meals.
Portfolio
New start with adaptation plan. A child who cried hard at drop-off started with two short days with a parent present, then brief separations. By week two, drop-off took under five minutes and the child joined morning play after the door closed.
Toddler room transition. A 2-year-old moved into the toddler room with a new nap rhythm. We kept nap time consistent, shifted lunch earlier, and tracked sleep for ten days so home bedtime could match what was happening at nursery.
Preschool readiness check-in. Before a child’s move on, we did a school readiness diagnosis and a parent meeting with clear notes: attention in group, speech and understanding, self-care, and what to practise in the next eight weeks.
“Drop-offs got easier fast, and we always knew how the day went.”

How the service runs
Full-day preschool care runs on weekdays with the same daily rhythm, and you get a short update at pick-up every day. Between days, you can reach us with one message and we will reply the same day during opening hours.
1. Adaptation start Once, at start We agree your start date, your usual drop-off and pick-up times, and what your child is used to for meals and naps. Adaptation begins with days that include a parent, then short separations, so we can see what helps and keep the steps small. 2. Daily rhythm Every day We run the day to a stable sequence: arrival, play, meals, outside time, rest, and afternoon activities. We keep an eye on the moments that usually wobble, like the door, changing activities, and settling for nap time, and we adjust the day before it becomes a pattern. 3. Observation notes Weekly We make brief development notes from what we see in the group, including speech, play, attention, and self-care. If something needs support, we set a simple plan for the next week and tell you what we are watching for at home and at nursery. 4. Teacher check-in Each month You get a planned check-in with the lead teacher so you are not relying only on the two minutes at pick-up. We cover what is working, what is still hard, and any changes you want us to try around meals, naps, or drop-off.

Get started
If you would like to secure a place, we will confirm the start date and send the first invoice for the opening period.
1. Sign this proposal to confirm your place. 2. Choose your start date and drop-off and pick-up times. 3. Begin adaptation days and move into the full weekday rhythm.
JAK WYGLĄDA ADAPTACJA, JEŚLI DZIECKO MOCNO PRZEŻYWA ROZSTANIE?
We start smaller and we keep the steps predictable. We begin with time in the room with you, then short separations, and we repeat the same handover routine at the door. After the first days we tell you what worked, what did not, and what we will try next.
ILE DZIECI JEST W GRUPIE I ILE OSÓB NA SALI?
We will confirm the current group size for your child’s age and how the day is covered across opening hours before you start. We do not guess this in a proposal because it changes with enrolments, sick days, and the time of day you drop off and pick up.
CO ROBICIE, KIEDY DZIECKO NIE CHCE JEŚĆ ALBO NIE ŚPI W POŁUDNIE?
We treat it as a routine problem, not misbehaviour. We try small changes we can repeat, like seating, timing, and a calmer lead-in to the meal or rest. You get the same-day note at pick-up, and if it continues we agree a plan for the next week.
JAK WYGLĄDA DZIEŃ: WYJŚCIA NA DWÓR, POSIŁKI, LEŻAKOWANIE?
Each day follows the same order so your child can predict what comes next: arrival and play, meals, time outside, then rest, then afternoon activities. We will tell you the exact times for your child’s room when we confirm your start, because they vary by age group.

Payment
Each month of full-day preschool care is invoiced at the start of that month. Nothing is paid up front beyond it. Every invoice is payable within 7 days of its date.
Start date. Before your first day we confirm your child’s room, the current group size, and the daily timing for that room. Your place is held from the agreed start month once the first invoice is issued.
Drop off and pick up. We agree your usual drop-off and pick-up times before you start, so we can plan the handover and the room cover. If somebody else is collecting, tell us in writing that day.
Adaptation. Adaptation start happens once, at the beginning. We begin with time in the room with you, then short separations, using the same handover routine at the door. We update you after the first days with next steps.
Daily updates
You will get a short same-day summary at pick-up covering meals, rest, and how the day went. If we notice a pattern that needs a plan, we raise it early and agree what we will try next week.
Outside the plan. Anything outside the monthly plan is agreed first and charged separately, including additional speech therapy sessions or extra support time beyond what is included. We will tell you the cost and schedule before we book it.
Ending care. If you need to end monthly care, the notice period and the last billable month are set out on your enrolment form. We apply the same notice both ways so you can plan childcare and work schedules.
