I don't see a feature on Plutio: what can I do?
If you can't find a specific feature or functionality, it likely means Plutio doesn't have it yet. But there may be workarounds depending on your use case.
What to do
- Search the wiki: use the search bar to look for the feature name. It might exist under a different name or inside another feature.
- Check your permissions: some features are hidden based on your role. Ask your workspace admin if the feature might be restricted for your account.
- Check your plan: certain features are only available on higher plans or require addons. Go to Settings → Billing and plans to see what's included.
- Contact us: use the chat widget or email help@plutio.com. Describe your use case and we'll let you know if there's a workaround.
- Suggest a feature: if the feature genuinely doesn't exist, submit a feature request. We prioritize based on demand.
