What this covers
You walk into the meeting with a deck that reads as prepared: one story, consistent slides, charts that match the data, and a file your team can keep updating without breaking the layout.
We’ll take your existing material, rebuild the slides so they read cleanly at full-screen speed, and lock in what “done” means before we design. Next, we’ll confirm scope, timeline, and the first working file you’ll send.
We start by mapping the talk track and the slide flow, then we reflow content so each slide earns its place. Charts and tables get rebuilt so the numbers read in two seconds. We set a Slide Master and layout rules early, so revisions stay fast and your team can keep editing after handoff.
About us
We’re a presentation design practice built for the last-mile reality of decks: too much content, too many authors, and not enough time before the room. We’ve spent years inside investor updates, enterprise sales cycles, and conference rehearsals, so our work is built around what gets read on a screen and what gets said out loud.
Most studios make slides look better. We make decks behave better under pressure. We define the layout system before we push style, we rebuild charts instead of decorating screenshots, and we keep revision rounds tight by showing clear options and naming the decision each option solves.
Who you will work with
You’ll have a small set of familiar names all the way through, with a production team behind them to keep pace when content shifts.
Team
Hannah Schmitt, Creative director. Hannah is your creative director. She sets the visual rules early and checks every section against the story the room needs to follow.
Marcus Keller, Presentation designer. Marcus designs the working deck day to day, turning rough slides into layouts that read fast and stay consistent across the full file.
Alyssa Nguyen, Slide production lead. Alyssa runs slide production: chart rebuilds, table cleanup, icon and image handling, and the details that keep exports crisp.
Jordan Price, Project manager. Jordan keeps the job moving. You’ll get a schedule, review links, and one place to track what changed and what needs a decision.
Selected work
A few recent presentation deck design projects that show how we handle data, speed, and decks that need to stay editable.
Portfolio
Pitch deck redesign. Took a founder deck with mixed styles and dense slides, reflowed the narrative into a tighter arc, and rebuilt charts for readability. The final file shipped as a clean master-based system for quick updates.
Enterprise sales deck. Built a sales story for reps who needed one standard deck for procurement calls. Created a modular slide set with approved claims, proof points, and industry variants that still felt like one deck.
Board update deck. Reworked a quarterly update with crowded tables into a board-ready format. Consolidated repeated content, rebuilt KPI pages, and aligned speaker notes so the presenter could rehearse from the same file.
“The deck finally read like one team wrote it, and the numbers landed.”

Working deck file
A live PowerPoint or Google Slides file we update throughout the project, so you can review in context instead of commenting on static screenshots.
REBUILT CHARTS AND TABLES
Editable charts and tables rebuilt from your source data, with consistent scales, labels, and spacing so the numbers read quickly on screen.
SLIDE MASTER AND LAYOUTS
A Slide Master with a layout set you can reuse. This is the part that keeps spacing, type, and color consistent when your team edits later.
Aligned speaker notes
One alignment pass that checks slide-by-slide notes against the final slide order, so presenters are not chasing mismatched talk tracks the night before.
FINAL EXPORT SET
A handoff package with the final editable deck plus exported PDFs for sharing and review, with fonts and images handled so files open cleanly on other machines.
HANDOFF GUIDE
A short, plain guide to the layout rules, including how to add common slide types without breaking the system and what to avoid when duplicating slides.
Pricing
Pick the tier based on how much of the deck needs rebuilding before it can carry your story in the room.

Getting started
If you want us to hold time for this, the next step is to sign and send the starting files so we can begin the rebuild.
1. Sign this proposal to book the slot. 2. Pay the 30% booking invoice within 14 days. 3. Send the current deck file and source data so we can start layout and chart rebuilds.

Fee summary
What do you need from me to start, and in what format?
We’ll ask for the current deck file (PPTX or a Google Slides link), any source spreadsheets for charts, and a brief outline of what has to change. If you have brand rules, send them as a PDF or a link. We’ll work from whatever is real today.
CAN YOU WORK IN OUR EXISTING POWERPOINT/GOOGLE SLIDES TEMPLATE, OR DO YOU REBUILD IT?
Either works. If your template is solid, we’ll design inside it and extend it where it runs out. If it has spacing and style issues, we’ll rebuild the Slide Master and layouts first, then apply design. We’ll tell you which path saves time once we see the file.
HOW MANY REVISION ROUNDS ARE INCLUDED, AND HOW DO YOU HANDLE LATE CONTENT CHANGES?
We include two revision rounds on the designed deck: one structural pass and one polish pass. If content changes late, we’ll batch changes into a single list, confirm impact on timeline, and then update the deck in one controlled pass instead of looping slide by slide.
WILL THE FINAL FILE STAY EDITABLE FOR MY TEAM?
Yes. We build in native PowerPoint or Google Slides using real text boxes, styles, and master-based layouts. Charts and tables are rebuilt to stay editable, and we’ll flag any element that can’t be fully editable before it goes in.
Payment
To book the work, we invoice 30% when the proposal is signed. We invoice the remaining 70% when we hand over the finished work. Invoices are payable within 14 days.
What we need from you. We’ll start once we have the current deck file (PPTX or a Google Slides link), any source spreadsheets for charts, and a brief outline of what has to change. Brand rules help if you have them.
Revision rounds. Pricing includes two revision rounds on the designed deck: one structural pass and one polish pass. Revisions are based on one consolidated set of comments per round, collected by your point person.
Late content changes. If content changes late, we’ll batch changes into a single list, confirm the timeline impact, then update the deck in one controlled pass. New sections or major rewrites may require a separate quote.
Change in scope
If the scope shifts beyond the agreed deck, we’ll describe the change in writing and price it before we do the extra work. That keeps decisions clear and avoids surprise invoices.
File format and editability. We build in native PowerPoint or Google Slides using real text boxes, styles, and master-based layouts. If any element can’t stay fully editable, we’ll flag it before it goes in.
Handoff and ownership. Once final payment is received, you own the finished deck files we deliver. We keep working files and version history for our own production, and we’re happy to share what you’ll need to edit.
