In brief
Your announcement goes out in clean Arabic and English, reaches specific journalists by name, and lands as accurate coverage you can share internally, with a clear record of who was contacted and what they said.
Press release media relations starts by checking the news hook, then building a named pitch list in Jordan and across MENA. You’ll get desk-ready Arabic and English copy and calm follow-ups, so the story runs accurately and doesn’t die in inboxes.
I start by pressure-testing the angle against what local desks actually publish, then I build a target list with the right reporter names, not just outlet logos. I draft the Arabic and English release in parallel, prepare subject lines and pitch emails, then pitch and follow up with a tracked log so you can see exactly what happened.
A bit about me
I’m Rami Haddad, a media relations consultant. I work with comms teams that already have approvals in hand and now need the story to travel. Most of my time goes into the parts that decide whether anything runs at all: the angle, the journalist list, and the follow-up that happens after the first email.
I get picked when the stakes are high and the tolerance for mistakes is low. I don’t blast lists. I pitch to specific desks and specific reporters, then I confirm names, dates, numbers, and quotes before anything goes out. If an angle will not fly locally, I say it early and propose a version that will.
Recent work
A few recent press release media relations engagements where the release, the pitch, and the follow-up were handled as one package.
Portfolio
Telecom network update release. Took a technical network announcement and rebuilt it around service impact and verified figures. Pitched to telecom and business desks, then managed follow-ups and corrections so coverage matched the approved numbers and phrasing.
NGO programme launch statement. Wrote Arabic and English releases side by side, keeping the same facts and tone without translation stiffness. Placed it with local news sites and regional NGO beats, then tracked pick-ups and links in a clip report.
Property milestone announcement. Shaped a milestone update into a publishable story with a clear hook, defined timelines, and approved quotes. Pitched to property and business reporters and kept a coverage log through publication week.
“Everything ran cleanly, and the coverage matched the message we signed off.”
Communications manager, a regional brand with an approved announcement
Media angle and hook memo
A short written note that states the angle, the headline idea, what is actually newsworthy, and what I will not claim because it will not hold up with journalists.
NAMED MEDIA LIST (JORDAN + MENA)
A spreadsheet of target outlets with specific reporter and editor names, beat notes, and contact details, built for this story rather than pulled from a generic database.
ARABIC PRESS RELEASE DRAFT
A full Arabic release written to run as-is, with the same confirmed facts, names, titles, and approved quotes you sign off in English.
English press release draft
A full English release written in a desk-ready style, with a lead that can be pasted into a CMS and a body that keeps to verifiable claims.
PITCH EMAIL PACK
Subject line options plus a ready-to-send pitch email version for each priority outlet type, so the message fits the desk you are contacting.
COVERAGE LOG AND CLIP REPORT
A dated log of who was pitched, who replied, and where it ran, plus a simple clip report with links you can share internally.
Pricing
Pick the tier based on how wide you need the outreach to go across Jordan and MENA, and how much support you want on the reporting back.

If you want me to hold time for this, the next step is to sign and book the slot.
1. Sign the proposal and confirm the point of contact for approvals. 2. Pay 25% to book the work, then send the approved facts and quotes. 3. I start the angle check and list-building the same business day.

Fee summary
Who exactly are you pitching this to in Jordan, by name?
I’ll give you the named list before I pitch. It includes outlet, desk, reporter or editor name, and why they fit this story. If you want to remove or add any outlets, I’ll adjust the list before outreach starts.
CAN YOU WRITE IT IN ARABIC AND ENGLISH WITHOUT IT READING LIKE A TRANSLATION?
Yes. I do not write one version and then push it through translation. I draft both versions against the same confirmed facts, then I edit for how Arabic and English news copy actually reads, line by line.
What do you need from us to make it publishable this week?
I’ll need the approved facts sheet, the final spokesperson quote(s) with names and titles, and a contact line for journalist follow-ups. If there is an embargo, a launch time, or any legal wording, send it up front.
HOW MANY FOLLOW-UPS DO YOU DO BEFORE YOU STOP?
I do up to three follow-up rounds per priority contact: one same-day check, one within 48 hours, and one final close. If a desk replies with a clear no, I stop there and log it.
Booking and payment
To book the work, I invoice 25% when you sign. I invoice the remaining 75% when I hand over the finished work. Each invoice is payable within 14 days of its date.
Inputs from you. To keep this publishable on your timeline, I need the approved facts sheet, final spokesperson quote(s) with names and titles, and a media contact line for follow-ups, sent in one message.
Changes and delays. If facts, quotes, or timing change after drafting starts, I will update both language versions against the new approved inputs. Timeline shifts happen when approvals or source materials arrive late.
Scope changes. This covers one announcement with one media angle, one named list, and one outreach push. If you want to add a second angle, a second announcement, or an extra market list, I will quote it before I start.
Outreach boundaries. I pitch only to the named list you approve. If you ask me to remove or add outlets, I update the list before outreach starts, so nobody gets an off-brief email.
Follow-ups
I do up to three follow-up rounds per priority contact: one same-day check, one within 48 hours, and one final close. If a desk replies with a clear no, I stop and log it.
Accuracy sign-off. You sign off the final Arabic and English release drafts before I pitch. I will not send drafts that are missing confirmed names, dates, figures, or an approved spokesperson quote.
Confidentiality and embargo. If you flag information as confidential or under embargo, I treat it that way in my drafts and outreach. You need to give me the embargo time and any required wording up front.
Ownership. Once the final invoice is paid, you own the final Arabic and English press release drafts and pitch email pack for this announcement. I can keep working notes and the coverage log for my records.
