Form submission settings
Submission settings control what happens after your form goes live and how responses are handled. These settings are configured from the form's settings panel before or after publishing.
Submission limit
A maximum number of responses can be set on any form. Once the limit is reached, the form closes automatically and displays a message to new visitors. Submission limits are useful for event registration with limited seats, limited-time offers, or any form where a fixed number of responses is needed.
Close date
A close date stops the form from accepting responses after a specific date and time. When the close date passes, the form shows a closed message to anyone who visits. Close dates work alongside submission limits, so the form closes when whichever condition is met first.
Notification recipients
Each form can notify one or more team members when a new response comes in. Notification emails include the submitted values, so recipients can review the response without opening Plutio. Multiple recipients can be added, and each receives the same notification.
Redirect URL
After submission, respondents can be redirected to a custom URL instead of seeing the default thank-you page. The redirect sends respondents to an external page, such as a website, a booking page, or a resource download. Custom redirects let each form feed into a different next step, so a lead capture form can redirect to a scheduling page while an order form redirects to a confirmation page.
Confirmation message
The default thank-you page displays a confirmation message after submission. The message is editable in the form builder and can include text, branding, and links. When no redirect URL is set, the confirmation message is what respondents see after submitting.
