Form templates
Any form can be saved as a template, preserving every field, layout setting, welcome page, thank-you page, conditional logic rule, and submission setting. Templates turn proven forms into reusable starting points, so building a similar form doesn't mean starting from a blank page.
Saving a form as a template
From any existing form, the "Save as template" option captures the current state as a template. The template includes the full form structure: field order, field types, labels, help text, conditional logic, welcome page content, thank-you page content, and all submission settings. Payment block configuration is preserved too, so templates for order forms and booking deposits carry over the line items and amounts.
Creating a form from a template
When creating a new form, templates can be selected as a starting point instead of a blank form. Selecting a template populates the builder with all the saved fields and settings, and from there, any part of the form can be edited, added to, or removed. The template itself stays unchanged, so the same template can be reused as many times as needed.
The template library
Plutio's template library includes community-shared form templates built by other users. These cover common use cases like client intake, feedback surveys, order forms, and event registration. Each template in the library can be previewed before installing, so the structure and fields are visible before committing to use it. Installing a community template creates a copy in your workspace that can be customised freely without affecting the original.
