Template library (community)
The template library is a collection of community-shared templates browsable directly from your workspace. Instead of building every project structure, proposal layout, or automation workflow from scratch, the library offers pre-built templates shared by other workspaces that can be previewed, installed, and customised.
Browsing the library
The template library organises templates by type and category. Templates for projects, invoices, proposals, contracts, forms, wikis, custom pages, automations, and booking pages each live under their own section. Categories within each type group templates by industry, use case, or workflow pattern, so finding a relevant starting point doesn't require scrolling through unrelated templates.
Previewing templates
Each template in the library includes a preview showing its structure and content before installation. A proposal template preview displays the block layout, section headings, and service table structure. A project template preview shows the task board layout and task hierarchy. An automation template preview shows the trigger, condition, and action nodes. Previewing before installing means the template's fit can be evaluated without committing to it.
Installing a template
Installing a template from the library creates a local copy in your workspace. The installed copy is fully independent from the original, so blocks can be rearranged, content rewritten, pricing adjusted, and settings changed without affecting the source template or other workspaces that installed the same one. The library serves as a distribution channel, not a live sync.
Community templates provide proven structures from real workspaces, so a well-tested project layout or proposal design can be adopted and tailored rather than designed from zero.
