Form sharing and embedding
Every form gets a public URL that anyone can open without logging in to Plutio. The URL is generated when the form is published and stays active until the form is closed or unpublished.
Direct link sharing
The form's public URL can be copied and shared through email, messaging apps, social media, or anywhere a link can be pasted. Respondents open the link in their browser, fill out the form, and submit. No account or login is required.
Custom domain
When white-label branding is enabled on your workspace, forms use your custom domain instead of Plutio's default subdomain. The form URL changes from yourworkspace.plutio.com/forms/... to app.yourdomain.com/forms/..., so the form appears under your brand. Combined with branded colours and logo on the form itself, the entire experience carries your identity with no trace of Plutio visible to respondents.
Embedding on a website
Forms can be embedded on any website using an iframe. The embed code is generated in the form's sharing settings and can be pasted into any HTML page, landing page builder, or CMS. The embedded form adapts to the width of its container, so the layout adjusts whether the container is a narrow column or a full-width section.
QR code
A QR code is generated for each published form. Scanning the code opens the form on a phone or tablet. QR codes are useful for physical locations, printed materials, event signage, and anywhere a clickable link isn't practical.
