White-label overview
Plutio's white-label covers the full client experience, not just a logo swap. The domain, the login page, the interface colours, and every outgoing email can all carry your brand, with no trace of Plutio left. White-label applies across everything clients interact with: the workspace URL, invoices, proposals, contracts, forms, booking pages, the live chat widget, and the wiki.
What white-label includes
White-label replaces every visible touchpoint between your business and your clients:
- Custom domain: your workspace loads at
app.yourbrand.cominstead of a Plutio subdomain, with SSL provisioned automatically. - Branded login page: your logo, background image, colours, and welcome text appear on the login screen.
- Interface colours: primary colour, accent colour, button styles, navigation panel colours, and text colours are all configurable.
- Custom sending email: outgoing emails for invoices, proposals, booking confirmations, and conversation notifications send from your own email address via SMTP or Gmail OAuth.
- Email template branding: your logo, brand colours, and footer content appear in every outgoing email.
- Email signatures: multiple signatures can be created and assigned to different areas, so invoice emails and proposal emails carry different closings.
- "Powered by Plutio" removal: the badge is removed from invoices, proposals, contracts, forms, booking pages, the chat widget, and the wiki.
- Iframe embedding: your Plutio workspace can be embedded inside your own website, with a domain allowlist controlling where the iframe loads.
Plan requirement
White-label requires a Pro plan or higher. Once enabled, every client-facing surface carries your brand automatically. Because white-label covers the domain, the login page, the interface, the emails, and every client-facing document, clients interact with your platform under your brand without ever knowing Plutio exists underneath.
