Branding colours and palette
Every colour in your workspace is configurable, and the same palette applies across both the internal interface and every client-facing page. The primary colour, accent colour, button colours, navigation panel colours, and text colours can all be set to match your brand identity.
Configurable colour settings
The branding palette includes the following:
- Primary colour: applies to buttons, links, and active elements across the interface.
- Accent colour: used for highlights, badges, and secondary interactive elements.
- Navigation panel colours: background and text colours for the main menu.
- Button styles: background and text colours for primary and secondary buttons.
- Text colours: body text and heading colours across pages.
Where branding colours appear
Colour settings carry through to both the workspace your team uses internally and the pages clients interact with. Invoices, proposals, contracts, forms, booking pages, and the public wiki all inherit the same palette. When a client opens a proposal link or views an invoice, the page carries your brand colours rather than Plutio's defaults.
Live preview
A live preview in Settings → Branding renders the navigation panel, buttons, and text with the selected colours in real time. Adjustments can be tested and compared before saving, so the live workspace isn't affected until changes are confirmed. Because the same palette applies to both the internal workspace and every public-facing page, branding stays consistent across everything your team and clients interact with.
