Removing "powered by Plutio"
On Pro plans and above, the "Powered by Plutio" badge is removed from every client-facing page. The badge normally appears at the bottom of invoices, proposals, contracts, forms, booking pages, the Messenger chat widget, and the public wiki. With white-label active, none of these surfaces display any Plutio branding.
Where the badge normally appears
Without white-label, a small "Powered by Plutio" badge is visible on:
- Invoices viewed by clients
- Proposals and contracts opened via share links
- Public forms and booking pages
- The Messenger chat widget embedded on your website
- Your public wiki pages
The badge links back to Plutio's website and identifies the platform behind the experience.
How removal works
Badge removal is automatic when white-label is enabled on a Pro plan or higher. There's no per-page toggle or manual configuration needed. Once active, the badge disappears from every client-facing surface at once. The Messenger widget updates automatically too, so no embed code changes are needed on your website.
What replaces the badge
Nothing replaces the badge. The footer space where the badge appeared stays clean. On invoices and proposals, the document ends with your footer content and email signature. On forms and booking pages, the page ends with your branding. On the Messenger widget, the chat interface carries your colours and logo with no platform attribution visible. Removing the badge is one part of white-label, but combined with a custom domain, branded emails, and interface colours, the result is a client experience where Plutio doesn't surface anywhere.
