Email template branding
Every outgoing email from Plutio uses a customisable template that carries your brand. Invoice sends, proposal sends, booking confirmations, conversation notifications, and payment reminders all go out with your logo, colours, and footer content, so every email your clients receive looks like it came from your business.
Template structure
The email template is built from several configurable sections:
- Header: your logo appears at the top of every email, sized and positioned consistently across all message types.
- Brand colours: the header background, button colours, link colours, and accent elements match your branding palette.
- Button styling: call-to-action buttons like "View Invoice", "View Proposal", and "Confirm Booking" carry your brand colours and styling.
- Footer content: custom text at the bottom of the email, typically including your company name, address, and contact details.
Consistency across areas
The same template layout applies to all outgoing emails by default: invoices, proposals, contracts, booking confirmations, conversation notifications, and payment reminders. The layout stays consistent regardless of the type, so clients receive a uniform branded email whether they're opening an invoice or a booking confirmation.
Per-type customisation
Email templates can be adjusted per type when different layouts or messaging are needed. An invoice email might include payment terms in the footer, while a proposal email might feature a different call-to-action. Per-type overrides change the template for that specific entity while the overall brand stays consistent across invoices, proposals, contracts, forms, and notifications. Because the email template covers every outgoing message, clients receive a branded email experience from the first proposal send to the last payment receipt.
