Form responses
Every submission is collected in the Responses tab, with the full set of submitted values, timestamps, uploaded files, and payment status visible for each entry.
Viewing individual responses
Clicking a response opens a detail view showing every field value the respondent submitted. File uploads are viewable and downloadable directly from the response. Signature fields display the captured signature image. When the form included a payment block, the payment amount and status appear alongside the field data.
Table view
Responses can also be viewed as a table, with each row representing a submission and each column representing a field. The table view works like a spreadsheet, so many responses can be compared at a glance. Columns can be sorted and filtered to find specific submissions, and the table updates in real time as new responses come in.
Exporting responses
All responses can be exported to CSV for offline analysis. The export includes every field value, timestamps, and metadata. CSV exports open in any spreadsheet application, so form data can be analysed, shared, or archived outside of Plutio.
Linking responses to contacts
Responses can be linked to contacts in your CRM. When a form collects an email address, the response can be matched to an existing contact or used to create a new one. Linking responses to contacts means every form submission becomes part of the contact's history, visible alongside their projects, invoices, and conversations.
When auto-contact creation is enabled through automations, the respondent is added to your CRM automatically on submission, with field values populating the contact record. The link between the response and the contact is created at that point, so no manual matching is needed.
