Files overview
Every file uploaded anywhere lands in one file manager. Files added from projects, tasks, conversations, and the main Files section all appear in the same place, organised in a folder hierarchy that keeps everything accessible.
Folder hierarchy
Files sit inside a folder structure that can be nested as deep as needed. Folders keep files grouped by client, project, deliverable type, or any other structure that fits your workflow. The hierarchy is fully flexible and can be restructured at any time by moving files and folders between locations.
Where files come from
Files don't need to be uploaded from one central location. Uploading a file to a project, attaching a file to a task, or sharing a file in a conversation all feed into the same file manager. Because every upload point feeds into one place, there's no need to search through individual projects or conversations to locate a file.
Search, filtering, and sorting
The file manager includes a search bar that filters by keyword. Files can also be filtered by type (images, documents, PDFs, videos, archives) and sorted by date uploaded, name, or file size, which makes finding the right file quick even in workspaces with hundreds of uploads.
Storage
Each plan includes a base storage allocation, with current usage visible from Settings. When the base allocation runs low, storage addons and file size addons can be purchased to increase capacity.
