File storage and addons
Every Plutio plan includes a base storage allocation that's shared across the entire workspace. All files uploaded by team members, clients, and automations count towards the same storage pool.
Checking storage usage
Current storage usage is visible from Settings. The storage indicator shows how much of the total allocation has been used and how much remains. As files are uploaded or deleted, the usage figure updates in real time, so there's no guessing about remaining capacity.
Storage addons
When the base allocation runs low, a storage addon can be purchased directly from Settings to increase total capacity. Storage addons expand the workspace's allocation immediately, with no migration or downtime involved.
File size limits
Individual file uploads are subject to a per-file size limit that depends on the current plan. A size addon can be purchased to raise the maximum per-file upload size, which is useful for workspaces that handle large video files, design assets, or compressed archives. The size addon applies to all uploads across the workspace, not per user or per project.
