Addons
Addons extend a plan's capacity without requiring a full upgrade. Instead of moving to a higher tier for one extra team seat or more storage, individual capabilities can be added in the exact increments needed, and removed when they're no longer required.
Available addons
Seven addons cover the most common areas where extra capacity is needed:
- Team members: additional seats are added per person, so only the exact number of extra seats needed are billed.
- Storage: file storage capacity increases in fixed increments, covering uploads across projects, conversations, proposals, and invoices.
- File upload size: the maximum size for individual file uploads increases, which handles large design files, video, or high-resolution media.
- AI credits: Plutio Pal's monthly credit allowance increases, adding more capacity for AI-assisted writing, summarisation, and workspace queries.
- Automation runs: the number of automation trigger executions per month increases, so higher-volume workflows don't hit the plan's built-in limit.
- White-label: removes Plutio branding from client-facing pages and unlocks custom domain, custom login page, and full brand control. Included on the Max plan, available as an add-on on Core and Pro.
- SSO (single sign-on): enables SAML-based single sign-on for your workspace. Included on the Max plan, available as an add-on on Pro.
Addon billing
Each addon is billed monthly per unit. A workspace with three extra team seat addons is billed for three units each month, regardless of the plan's billing cycle. Addon charges appear as separate line items in the billing history alongside plan charges.
Adding and removing addons
Addons are managed in Settings → Billing and plans → Addons. Adding an addon takes effect immediately, and the first charge is prorated for the remaining days in the current billing period. Removing an addon also takes effect immediately, and the next billing cycle reflects the reduced count. Because addons are independent from the plan tier, specific capabilities can scale up or down without changing the overall subscription.
