Can't access my AppSumo account
If you can't log in to the workspace where your AppSumo codes are applied, here's what to try.
Forgot your password
Go to the Plutio login page and click Forgot your password?. Enter the email you used when you created the workspace. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset link.
Not receiving the reset email
Your email may be blocked by our system due to a previous delivery failure. Send an email to help@plutio.com from the affected email address and we'll unblock it. This usually takes 24 hours.
Workspace was deleted
If the workspace no longer exists, your AppSumo codes are automatically released. You can reapply them to a new workspace. See How to apply AppSumo codes.
