File upload size and storage addons
Every plan includes a base storage allocation for all uploaded files and a maximum size limit for individual file uploads. When either capacity is reached, addons increase the limits without changing the plan, and multiple units can be stacked for larger requirements.
Storage addon
The storage addon adds file storage capacity in fixed increments. Storage covers every file uploaded across the workspace: project attachments, conversation files, proposal images, invoice documents, form submissions, and wiki media. When the current storage approaches its limit, adding one or more storage addon units extends the total capacity. Each unit adds the same fixed amount, so two units double the extra allocation, three units triple it, and so on.
File upload size addon
The file upload size addon raises the maximum size allowed for a single file upload. The base plan sets a per-file limit, and each addon unit increases that ceiling. Larger limits handle high-resolution images, video files, design assets, and other media that exceed the default cap. Like storage, file size addons stack, so multiple units can be added for progressively higher limits.
Monitoring usage
Settings → Billing and plans displays the current storage consumption and the per-file upload limit, along with how much of each is in use. The usage breakdown shows how storage distributes across the workspace, so it's clear which areas consume the most space. When storage runs low, the usage page links directly to addon management for quick adjustments.
Because both storage and file size addons stack in fixed increments, file capacity scales precisely to what's needed without paying for a higher plan tier that may include features that aren't required.
