It covers our recurring weekly house cleaning visits at your home or rental, on the schedule and price in the accepted proposal or booking confirmation.
By going ahead with service, you are asking us to reserve time for you on a repeating day and window, and we are agreeing to send a trained team and clean to the checklist below and any notes we have on your home. The rest of this document is how we handle access, schedule changes, payment, and the few things that can come up when someone is cleaning inside a lived-in house.
What we clean
Weekly house cleaning is a repeating visit on your set day and time window. Your first visit may be a deeper reset if that is what we scheduled. After that, we maintain the home to the same baseline each week, with extra attention where sand, grit, and shower mildew tend to build up.
Each visit follows the checklist in the proposal, with any home-specific notes we keep for you (for example: which rooms to skip, product preferences, or surfaces that need a gentle approach). The checklist is listed right after this section and is part of this agreement.
* Floors throughout * Kitchen reset * Bathrooms and showers * Doors, switches, touch points * Porch tracks and thresholds * Trash and quick straighten
What you can count on
You can count on a consistent crew. Most weeks, Marcus leads your visit and you will usually see the same faces. If we need to swap coverage for illness or travel, Hannah will tell you ahead of time and confirm who is coming.
For day-to-day messages (gate code changed, guest arriving early, please skip a room), we reply within the response time Hannah sets for routine notes. For urgent issues (a lockout, a breakage, or something that makes the home unsafe to enter), call or text and we treat it as priority.
If we miss a scheduled visit because of us, we will offer the next available make-up visit or a credit, and we will confirm the option in writing.
Payment
Weekly house cleaning is billed as recurring service. We invoice at the start of each service period. Nothing is due up front beyond that invoice.
Every invoice is payable within 7 days of its date. If you have questions about an invoice, tell Hannah right away so we can review it before it becomes overdue.
If your first visit is a first-time deep clean or another one-off reset we scheduled before maintenance begins, we invoice that at the start of the period it is booked in, on the same 7-day terms.
If payment is late, we may pause upcoming visits until the account is brought current. We will tell you before we skip a visit for this reason.
Price changes
We keep your price steady as long as the home and the plan stay basically the same. We also know homes change: a new dog, an extra bedroom added to the rotation, a new property for turnovers, or a reset needed after travel.
We review pricing at the review interval Hannah sets for recurring clients. If we need to change your price, we will send written notice before the new price applies, with the notice period Hannah sets. The notice will say what is changing and when.
If you ask us to change the plan between reviews (for example, switch from weekly to biweekly, add a deep cleaning reset, or add linen service for a turnover), we will confirm the updated price in writing before we do the extra work.
Access and entry
You will give us a reliable way to get in for each visit. That can be a lockbox, a key we hold, a garage or smart lock entry, or meeting us at the door. Hannah is the point person for access setup and changes.
For your security, do not send entry codes, alarm steps, or passwords in a form submission or a regular email. Share them with Hannah by phone or in person, and we will store them as simple notes for our team.
If you have an alarm, you will give us clear arming and disarming steps for the areas we enter. If access details change, tell Hannah before your next visit so we do not lose time at the door.
What we need from you
Please name one main contact for scheduling decisions and quick questions. Hannah schedules and confirms visits, and Marcus runs the work on site. When we need a decision (skip a room, focus on a problem spot, approve an add-on), we need it in time to plan the visit.
Before we arrive, please make the home reasonably ready for cleaning: pick up loose items you do not want moved, and let us know what to do with dishes, laundry, or clutter in areas we clean. We can straighten as part of the visit, but we are not able to sort and organize personal items.
Tell Hannah about changes that affect the work: pets and their routines, new finishes like limewash or sealed brick, construction dust, a guest schedule, or anything fragile that should not be touched.
Insurance
We carry business insurance that fits residential cleaning work, including coverage for our team while they are working in your home. If you want proof of coverage, ask Hannah and we will provide it.
On your side, you should keep your homeowner or rental property insurance active. For short-term rentals, that may include coverage that matches how the property is used and occupied.
Insurance does not replace good communication. If there is a surface you are worried about (old brick, limewashed walls, specialty stone), tell Hannah in advance. We will clean it gently and, when needed, we will ask what products you want us to use or avoid.
If something goes wrong
If we break something or notice damage during the visit, we will tell you as soon as we can and we will follow up in writing with what happened and, when possible, a photo. You agree to tell us promptly if you notice a problem after we leave, and to include a description and photos so we can understand it.
We handle fixes in a practical way. Depending on what it is, we may repair it, replace it with a like-for-like item, or reimburse you for a reasonable replacement. We do not guess. We confirm the plan with you in writing before we spend money or bring in a third party.
We are not responsible for pre-existing wear, unstable fixtures, or items that are already loose, water-damaged, or poorly installed. If something looks risky, we will flag it and skip it until you tell us how you want to handle it.
Our team
Your weekly house cleaning price includes recruiting, background screening where we use it, training, supplies, and keeping a team available on a repeating schedule. Because of that, you agree not to hire or contract directly with our staff while you are a client.
This applies to anyone we send to your home, including our cleaners and any lead working that visit. If you like someone’s work and want to request them, tell Hannah. We will do our best to keep the same people on your schedule.
This also continues for the period Hannah sets after our service ends. If you want to talk about an exception, bring it to Hannah first. We would rather have a straightforward conversation than lose a good arrangement.
How recurring service runs
Weekly house cleaning is recurring. That means we reserve a repeating slot for you and keep showing up on the agreed day and time window until one of us ends the service.
Each service period renews automatically, and we invoice at the start of each period as described in the Payment section. If your schedule needs to change, Hannah will confirm what we can do based on the calendar, and we try to keep your day consistent when possible.
If you need to skip or move a visit, tell Hannah with the notice period she sets for weekly clients. If we can fill the slot, we will. If we cannot, the visit may still be charged because we held the time for you.
Either side can end recurring service with the notice period Hannah sets. We will confirm the end date in writing.
What we are responsible for
We are responsible for delivering weekly house cleaning with reasonable care, using products and methods that fit the surfaces you have told us about. We do not use harsh acids or strong abrasives on old brick floors or limewashed walls, and if we see something that needs a specialty method, we will flag it and price it before we change products or approach.
We are not responsible for things outside our control: normal wear, hidden water damage, mold inside walls or HVAC systems, or failures caused by faulty installation. We also cannot take responsibility for valuables left out in the open. If something is irreplaceable or high-value, please put it away before we arrive.
Our notes and texts are meant to coordinate the visit. They are not a promise that we can remove every stain or restore every surface.
Ending service
You can end weekly house cleaning by telling Hannah in writing and giving the notice period she sets for recurring clients. We can end service the same way. We will always aim to do this cleanly: one message confirming your last visit date and what, if anything, is still scheduled.
You will pay for work completed up to the end date, including any visit we have already performed and any invoice issued at the start of a service period, under the same 7-day payment terms.
If we hold a key, lockbox code, or other access method, we will arrange return or removal promptly after the last visit. We will also stop using any entry details you shared once service ends.
If we are ending service because we cannot clean safely (for example, aggressive or loose pets that prevent us from working), we will tell you what needs to change for us to restart.
