The week goes by, the same patterns repeat, and an hour of talking can feel good without changing what happens on Monday. A life coaching proposal gives the work a shape your client can agree to, so the promise isn’t optimism, it’s follow-through: what gets worked on, how sessions run, and what happens between them. The pages sit under deep teal accents with Syne headings and Inter body text, which keeps the tone direct and structured while the details stay readable.

The opening sections explain What this covers and the coaching style, then A bit about us and Meet the team answer who’s involved and who to contact. Your sessions spells out how the sessions run and how the work gets turned into written next steps, and a Q&A section answers the practical questions clients usually ask about coaching. The final pages cover Invoices and payment and Between session actions, including what coaching is and isn’t, confidentiality, and how cancellations and scheduling changes get handled.

  • What this covers Frames the priorities, the weekly plan, and how coaching turns decisions into week-to-week actions.
  • Your sessions Describes the 60-minute session format and the structure that turns each session into written next steps.
  • Pricing Holds the priced item, so the coaching option and its cost sit in the same place as the scope.
  • Get started Carries the signature and fee summary, and confirms the coaching option the client is accepting.
  • Invoices and payment States when invoices go out, when they’re due, and how scheduling, cancellations, and no-shows are handled.

Once the details are right, you replace the prices for the 4-session program, send the proposal, and the client signs online. The Get started section pairs the signature with a fee summary, so acceptance and the next step sit in one place instead of getting split across emails.

We went from spending hours on every proposal to creating fully customized ones in under 5 minutes. That's not an exaggeration - we timed it.

The proposal in full

What this covers

You’ll have a short list of priorities you can defend, a weekly plan you can keep, and a way to make decisions without starting over each time something changes.

We’ll use personal coaching to map what’s going on, choose what matters, and turn decisions into weekly actions. You’ll leave with written next steps, regular check-ins, and a steady way to reset when your week gets messy. If you’d like to start, the next page lays out sessions, what you get, and pricing.

We start by getting the basics in place: what you want to change, what keeps repeating, and what time and energy you actually have to work with. Then we pick one direction, build a simple plan, and run weekly checkpoints so the plan doesn’t disappear when your calendar fills up.

A bit about us

We’re Briseño Coaching, and we do personal coaching for people who are good at handling a lot and have reached a point where autopilot is costing them. Our work is practical: we map your current situation, name what matters, and turn it into actions that fit a real week, not an ideal one.

People pick us because we run sessions with a plan and we write things down. You’ll get clear next steps after each session, then we follow up and track what happened. When a week goes sideways, we don’t call it “lack of motivation”. We adjust the plan, change the checkpoint, and keep the work moving.

Meet the team

You’ll deal with real people here, and you’ll know who to contact for what.

Team

María José Briseño, Life coach. María José is our life coach, and she runs the core sessions and the values and priorities work that sets your direction.

Felipe Arancibia, Career coach. Felipe is our career coach, and he leads the sessions that focus on role changes, job decisions, and work patterns that spill into life.

Camila Herrera, Client coordinator. Camila is our client coordinator, and she handles scheduling, session links, reminders, and anything you need to change on short notice.

Tomás Echeverría, Operations manager. Tomás runs operations, which means invoices go out on time and your programme stays organised week to week.

“The weekly follow-ups kept me moving when my work week got chaotic.”

Your sessions

Sessions run for 60 minutes, online or in person. Bring any notes you’ve kept, plus your calendar for the next week. We’ll use the hour to decide what you will do next, and we’ll leave time at the end to write it down.

1. Intake and agreement First session We start with a short intake and a coaching agreement so the work is clear and bounded. We’ll set what you want from coaching, how you want to be held to it, and what makes a session useful for you. You’ll also choose a weekly time that your schedule can usually protect. 2. Current-state map Early sessions We map what is taking up your time and attention right now. We’ll look at work, relationships, health routines, and any active changes like a move or a role shift. We’ll pick the few factors that actually drive the pattern, so the plan fits the real cause. 3. Values and priorities Each session We use a simple values and priorities exercise to guide decisions you keep circling. You’ll choose what matters most for this season, what you will say no to, and what trade-offs you can live with. Then we turn that into one or two concrete commitments for the week. 4. Weekly checkpoints Ongoing Each session ends with written actions for the next seven days and a checkpoint we can measure. At the next session we review what happened, what got in the way, and what changes for the coming week. If your schedule blew up, we shrink the plan and keep it workable.

Pricing

If you want to test the fit, start with a single session. If you want follow-through week to week, the program options give you a steadier rhythm.

Fee summary

How do you run a session, and what do we do in the hour?

We start by choosing the focus for that session, then we work it through to a decision you can act on. We finish by writing your next steps and agreeing what we’ll check next time. You won’t leave with an open-ended conversation.

DO YOU GIVE ME ACTIONS BETWEEN SESSIONS, OR IS IT MOSTLY TALK?

You’ll get actions between sessions. We’ll keep them small enough to fit a busy week, and specific enough that you can tell whether you did them. The next session starts by reviewing what happened, not by starting fresh.

HOW MANY SESSIONS DO PEOPLE USUALLY NEED BEFORE THEY SEE CHANGE?

Most people notice a shift within the first few sessions because we set written next steps from day one. Lasting change usually takes longer, and the timeline depends on what you’re changing and how much time you can give it each week. We’ll review progress as we go.

CAN WE DO THIS ONLINE IF MY SCHEDULE IS MESSY?

Yes. Online works well when your calendar moves around, because we can meet from wherever you are and keep the weekly rhythm. Camila will help you find a time that holds most weeks, and it’s easy to reschedule when something comes up.

Invoices and payment

Memberships and term arrangements are invoiced at the start of each period, before the sessions in that period take place. Every invoice is payable within 7 days of its date.

Scheduling. Camila Herrera, our client coordinator, will help you book a time that holds most weeks. If your calendar changes, we will offer the next available options and keep the weekly rhythm where we can.

Cancellation and no shows. If you need to cancel or move a session, tell us with the notice period we set when you book. Late cancellations and no shows may be charged a fee that we set and confirm in writing.

Using programs and membership. Program sessions and membership sessions are used one at a time, as booked. Any expiry period for a program or membership is set by us and confirmed when you purchase, so you know what happens if life interrupts.

Between session actions

We will give you actions between sessions, sized for a busy week. You are responsible for completing them, and the next session starts by reviewing what happened so we can adjust the plan.

What coaching is and is not. Personal coaching is practical support for goals, decisions, and follow-through. It is not therapy, mental health treatment, or medical care, and we cannot guarantee a particular result or timeline.

Confidentiality. What you share in sessions stays between you and us, except where we have a legal duty to act for safety. If you want us to coordinate with a third party, we will ask for your written permission first.
