A photography invoice keeps the payment side clear and contained, so the couple or client can see what’s due without turning the day into admin.

The template opens with Line items, where the single placeholder entry gets replaced with your own shoot, coverage, or add-ons and the price for each. Under that, the payment note carries the Totals block and the plain-language terms, including a 14-day due window and what happens if payment runs late. The last line signs off in a human voice, and the page uses plum and indigo accents under Raleway headings with Roboto body text, so the numbers stay easy to scan.

• Totals The totals block calculates what’s due based on the lines you enter, so the final amount is clear at a glance.
• Payment terms note Edit the 14-day wording and late-payment language if needed, since the note also ties late payment to delivery of the edited gallery.

Once the invoice is in your workspace, you swap in your own lines and prices, check the totals, then send it to the client. If online payment is turned on, the same invoice can be paid as it’s received, with the late-payment note sitting right under the amount due so nobody has to hunt for it.
