I start with a venue walk-through and a timing check, then I help you map the day into photo moments you can’t redo, plus the parts you want to feel like you. Before the wedding I’ll lock the group list, portrait plan, and wet-weather fallback so the day runs on rails.
Who you are working with
I’m Hannah Price, the wedding photographer at Redcliff Studio. I came into weddings through event work where timing is everything, then stayed because the job sits right at the line between planning and people. I’m at my best when the day has moving parts, and you need someone who can keep coverage steady while you get on with being there.
Couples book me when they want calm coverage and a photographer who leads when it matters. I’ll tell you what I need from you, early, then I’ll take the lead on the day for group photos and key moments so you are not scanning the room and wondering what I’m doing. I keep notes as I shoot, which means nothing important lives only in memory when I sit down to edit.

Portfolio
Registry office + lunch. Two hours of wedding photography built around the ceremony, confetti outside, and family photos before everyone left for lunch. The couple wanted a small set of portraits nearby, so we planned a 15-minute loop.
Full-day venue coverage. Wedding photography from getting-ready through first dance, planned against the ceremony time and meal service. Group photos were done in two batches so the couple still made their drinks reception.
City portraits between locations. A wedding day with travel time built in, so portraits were planned around three Bristol locations with a rain backup. We kept portraits to 25 minutes and returned before speeches started.

Possibly. If you tell me the venue name, I’ll confirm straight away and I’ll share any notes I already have on light, ceremony layout, and where group photos work. If it’s new to me, I’ll do a walk-through and build my plan from that.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE GROUP PHOTOS WITHOUT IT TAKING OVER THE DAY?
I plan the list with you ahead of time, then I run it like a checklist on the day. I group combinations so people are not called back twice, and I keep each photo tight so you get back to your guests quickly.
What happens if it rains, especially for portraits?
I plan a dry option alongside the outdoor plan, using covered spots and good indoor light at the venue where possible. If the weather breaks for five minutes, I’ll take it. If it doesn’t, you still get portraits that feel like you.
WHEN DO WE GET THE FULL GALLERY BACK, AND HOW MANY PHOTOS IS TYPICAL?
I usually deliver the full gallery within 5 days. Photo count depends on coverage length and how the day runs, but for a full day it is typically 400 to 700 finished photos, edited and ready to download.
Booking and payment
To book wedding photography, I take 50% when you sign this proposal. The remaining 50% is due when I hand over the finished work. Invoices are payable within 14 days.
What I need from you. I’ll ask for your ceremony time, key addresses, and a group photo list before the day. If I don’t have that in time, I’ll still shoot, but group photos may run longer.
Schedule changes. If the timing shifts on the day, I’ll follow the flow and prioritise the moments you can’t repeat. If you add coverage time, I’ll confirm the cost with you in writing first.
Venue access. If your venue is new to me, I’ll arrange a walk-through to check light and group photo spots. If access is restricted, I’ll work from floor plans and your timetable instead.
Gallery delivery
I usually deliver the edited online gallery within 5 days. Delivery timing can move if you request extra retouching or if the gallery is delayed by factors outside my control, like platform outages.
Albums and print orders. Album design starts after the gallery is delivered and you’ve chosen your favourites. Printing is ordered once you approve the draft. Print and album production times are set by the lab.
Cancellation and postponement. If you need to cancel or move the date, tell me as soon as you can. I’ll do my best to reschedule if I’m available. If I’m not, the booking payment is not refundable.
Ownership and use. You can download, share, and print your finished photos for personal use. I keep the copyright. If you’d rather I don’t share your images in my portfolio, tell me in writing.
