Companies - company detail page
The company detail page mirrors the structure of the contact detail page, but with one key difference: data rolls up from every contact linked to the company. Projects, invoices, proposals, and conversations from all linked contacts appear together under the company, creating a combined view of the entire business relationship.
Company detail tabs
The company detail page includes the following tabs:
- Overview: company name, website, industry, address, notes, and a summary of recent activity across all linked contacts.
- People: every contact linked to the company, with their role, email, and phone visible in the list.
- Projects: all projects connected to the company's linked contacts, with status and progress shown.
- Invoices: invoices issued to any contact linked to the company, combined into one list with amounts, statuses, and due dates.
- Proposals: proposals sent to any linked contact, with approval and signing status.
- Contracts: contracts associated with any linked contact, with signing status.
- Conversations: email threads and messages across all linked contacts.
- Activities: a chronological feed of interactions, documents, and status changes across every linked contact.
Rolled-up data
Because company data combines records from every linked contact, the total invoiced amount, active projects, and communication history all reflect the full scope of the relationship, not just one individual's slice of the work.
