Somebody wants to book hair, brows, and nails, but the real worry is walking out looking overdone, too warm in daylight, or rushed through a chair that didn’t feel clean. A beauty salon proposal gives the client the words upfront, so the appointment plan, the price, and the booking rules don’t get explained differently every time. The pages run in deep plum with a sharp green accent under Raleway headings and Inter body text, so the reassurance reads clear and photo-first instead of flowery.

The document opens with In brief, then adds background in A bit about us and introduces the people involved in Meet the team and Team, including a short client quote. Your sessions explains how the visit runs, what to bring, and how consultation, colour, and finishing get handled so the client sees the order of work before they see the price. Pricing sits in Pricing with a single package, and the later sections answer common questions about matching colour, gel wear and removal, threading and natural brow shape, and what happens when hair has box dye or henna history.

  • In brief Summarises the look the client is aiming for and how the appointment gets planned, with a photo-first approach and hygiene reassurance.
  • Your sessions Explains how the consultation and service steps run, including what the client should bring and what gets checked before colour starts.
  • Pricing Holds the single priced package, so you swap in your own price before sending.
  • Get started Carries the signature and fee summary, and confirms what happens after signing to hold a time and lock the booking details.
  • Hair history Collects colour history and sets expectations for results and hygiene, including box dye, henna, sensitivities, and patch tests.

In Plutio, you replace the numbers for the one priced item, send the proposal to a client, and they accept it online by signing. The last sections also give you a place to collect hair history and set expectations around results, cancellations, no-shows, and hygiene before the booking gets confirmed.

We went from spending hours on every proposal to creating fully customized ones in under 5 minutes. That's not an exaggeration - we timed it.

The proposal in full

In brief

You’ll leave with hair colour that reads natural in daylight, brows that frame your face without looking drawn on, and nails that look neat from close range in photos.

You asked about getting everything done in one stop, with colour that stays true and a finish that still looks like you. We work photo-first: shade match, shape, and finish under bright light, with tools and towels changed between clients. If you’d like to go ahead, we’ll hold a time, confirm the services, then start with a quick consultation when you arrive.

We start by asking what you want to look like in photos, what you normally do, and what you never want to see again. Then we match tone from a photo, check your hair history before any colour work, and keep the work paced so nothing is rushed between clients or between steps.

A bit about us

We’re a small women’s salon in Amman, and we built Qasr Salon around the appointments people book when they cannot afford a surprise. Nour keeps the day running and checks every booking for timing. Rana handles colour and smoothing work. Dima takes nails and brows, and keeps tools and stations reset between clients.

People come to us when they want “done”, but still want to look like themselves. We use photos for tone targets, we say no to colour work that is not safe for the hair you have today, and we book enough time for proper processing, clean removals, and a calm finish you can wear straight out.

Meet the team

You’ll see the same three faces each visit, and you’ll always know who is doing which part of your salon appointment.

Team

Nour Al Masri, Salon manager. Nour manages the floor, confirms timing at booking, and keeps your appointment moving without rushing any step.

Rana Haddad, Hair colourist. Rana does consultation and shade matching, then handles root work, glossing, toning, and smoothing treatments.

Dima Abu Zaid, Nail and brow technician. Dima takes care of manicures, pedicures, gel removal and reapply, plus brow mapping, threading, tinting, and henna brows.

“My colour stayed cool, my brows looked natural, and everything felt clean.”

Your sessions

A salon appointment happens in-salon. Plan for 60 to 180 minutes depending on services. Bring any inspiration photos and, if you can, a quick note on what colour or box dye you’ve used in the last year.

1. Consult and plan First 10 minutes We talk through what you want to look like in photos, what you normally do day to day, and what you dislike on yourself. We check hair history, look at your hair in natural light, and agree on tone, depth, and finish before any colour or smoothing starts. 2. Hair work During appointment For colour, we match from a photo, then adjust for your base and what your hair tends to pull in sun and hard water. Common steps are root retouch, a gloss or toner, then a wash and a blow-dry finish. For smoothing, we walk you through aftercare and timing before we begin. 3. Brows and nails During appointment For brows, we map shape first, then thread and tidy without chasing a new arch you will not recognise. Tint and henna brows are applied to agreed depth, then cleaned up to keep edges soft. For gel, we remove gently, prep the nail, then reapply in thin layers for a smooth finish. 4. Check and adjust Last 10 minutes Before you leave, we check everything in bright light: tone at the hairline, how the colour reads on camera, brow balance, and the nail finish at the cuticle. If something needs a small correction, we do it while you are still in the chair.

Pricing

If you’re building toward an event, most clients choose the package so we can line up hair, brows, and nails in one plan.

Priced items

Get started

If you want us to hold a time for your salon appointment, sign here and we’ll confirm your booking details by message.

1. Sign and send this proposal back to us. 2. Choose a day and time, then tell us which services you want included. 3. Pay in advance to lock the booking, then we’ll see you in the salon.

CAN YOU MATCH THIS COLOUR FROM A PHOTO WITHOUT GOING TOO WARM?

Yes, as long as your hair can safely reach it. We use your photo as a tone target, then choose a formula that counters warmth and suits your base. We’ll also tell you what to expect as it fades, especially with sun and hard water.

HOW LONG WILL THE GEL LAST, AND HOW DO YOU REMOVE IT WITHOUT THINNING MY NAILS?

Most people get 2 to 3 weeks before they want a refresh, depending on work and washing. We remove gel slowly with the right product and gentle filing, then stop as soon as the gel is off so your natural nail is not chased.

Do you do threading, and can you keep my brow shape natural?

We do threading, and we keep your natural shape as the starting point. We map first, then clean up the lines that make brows look messy in photos. If you like them fuller, we only take what breaks the shape.

IF MY HAIR’S BEEN BOX-DYED OR HENNA’D, WHAT CAN YOU DO SAFELY?

Tell us exactly what you used and when. Box dye and henna can react unpredictably with lightening and some colour services, so we plan around that history. In some cases we can tone, deepen, or do a careful gloss instead of pushing lighter.

Payment

Salon appointment bookings are paid in advance. A single salon appointment is paid when it’s booked, and a package is paid before its first salon appointment. Every invoice is payable within 14 days of its date.

Cancellations. If you need to cancel or move your salon appointment, tell us as early as you can so we can offer the time to someone else. Our notice window and any late-cancellation fee are set by the owner and confirmed when you book.

No shows. If you miss your salon appointment without notice, we hold that time for you and we can’t refill it at short notice. Any no-show fee and the rules for rebooking after a missed visit are set by the owner and confirmed at booking.

Packages. Packages are used across multiple salon appointment visits, and we’ll help you plan what goes into each one so timing stays comfortable. Any expiry period, pause rules, or transfer rules for a package are set by the owner and confirmed before you pay.

Hair history

Tell us what colour you’ve used at home and when, including box dye and henna. Those products can react with lightening and some colour services, so we may change the plan on the day to keep your hair safe.

Results. We’ll match your inspiration photo as a tone target where your hair can safely reach it, but we can’t promise an exact match on every head of hair. Sun, hard water, and your at-home routine affect how colour fades between visits.

Hygiene. We clean down our stations between clients, and we use fresh towels for each appointment. If you have a sensitivity to products or you prefer a patch test before colour, tell us when you book so we can schedule it.

Questions about this proposal template

What should a beauty salon proposal include?

A beauty salon proposal usually covers the services being booked, how the appointment runs, pricing, and how the booking gets confirmed. This template also includes payment terms plus hair history and hygiene notes, so expectations sit in one place.

Can a salon client accept a proposal online?

Yes. This template includes a signature section so the client can accept by signing online, and the proposal records that acceptance.

How do you price a salon package in a proposal?

A salon package gets priced as a single line item when the services are being sold together as one booking. This template uses one priced package, and you replace the numbers with your own pricing before sending.

What should a salon say about box dye or henna before colouring hair?

A proposal should ask what was used and when, because box dye and henna can react unpredictably with lightening and some colour services. This template sets that expectation and leaves room to change the plan on the day to keep hair safe.

What payment terms belong in a salon booking proposal?

Payment terms should state when payment is due, what happens for packages versus single appointments, and how cancellations and no-shows are handled. This template includes advance payment language and notes that notice windows and any late fees get confirmed at booking.

What hygiene details are reasonable to include in a salon proposal?

Hygiene notes usually cover how stations and tools get cleaned and how towels are handled between clients, plus what to do about sensitivities or patch tests. This template includes cleaning between clients, fresh towels, and a prompt to request a patch test when booking.
