Mobile and desktop access
Your workspace is accessible from any device. Plutio runs in any modern browser on desktop, tablet, or phone, and native apps are available for iOS, Android, and desktop.
Mobile app
The Plutio mobile app is available for iOS and Android. It gives you access to tasks, conversations, invoices, calendar, time tracking, contacts, and Plutio Pal from your phone. Push notifications keep you informed of task assignments, message replies, invoice payments, and other activity.
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
Desktop app
The Plutio desktop app is available for Mac and Windows. It provides voice-to-text input, voice commands with the "Hey Pal" wake word, and a native desktop experience. The app connects to the same workspace as your browser, so everything stays in sync.
Browser access
Your workspace runs in any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) without installing anything. The interface adapts automatically on smaller screens: the main menu folds into a compact navigation, content areas stack vertically, and touch targets are sized for fingers. All features remain accessible regardless of screen size.
Notifications across devices
Browser notifications, mobile push notifications, and email notifications keep you informed of workspace activity. You can configure what you receive per area from your notification preferences.
