Navigating the dashboard

The dashboard layout splits into three areas: the main menu on the left for navigation, a main content area in the centre, and the productivity bar on the right for quick actions.

The main menu

The main menu runs down the left panel. Each item links to a core feature: projects, tasks, invoices, proposals, contracts, forms, conversations, contacts, time tracking, scheduler, wiki, custom pages, and automations. Clicking an item loads that section in the main content area.

The left panel can be collapsed to give more room to the content area, and expanded again when needed.

Global search

The search bar at the top of the screen searches across your workspace. Typing a keyword returns matching projects, tasks, invoices, contacts, proposals, contracts, and conversations, grouped by category so the right result is easy to spot.

Global search can also be opened with Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows), which brings up the search overlay from anywhere in the workspace without navigating away from the current page.

Quick-add button

The quick-add button sits in the productivity bar and opens a menu for creating new items from anywhere in the workspace. Projects, tasks, invoices, proposals, contracts, contacts, and conversations can all be created without leaving the current page.

Notifications and workspace switcher

The notification bell in the productivity bar shows activity across your workspace: task assignments, invoice payments, form submissions, conversation replies, and other updates. Each notification links directly to the relevant item.

The workspace switcher in the left panel lets accounts that belong to multiple workspaces move between them without logging out and back in.
