Calendar overview
The calendar brings together every time-related event in one view: bookings from your scheduler, manually created events, tasks with due dates, and events synced from Google Calendar. Everything that has a date and time shows up here, colour-coded by source, so your full schedule is visible without switching between apps.
Calendar views
Four views cover different levels of detail:
- Month view: a traditional calendar grid showing all events across the month. Events appear as colour-coded blocks on their respective dates.
- Week view: a detailed week layout with hourly time slots, where event duration and overlap are visible at a glance.
- Day view: a single day broken into time slots, useful for seeing the full detail of a packed schedule.
- Agenda view: a chronological list of upcoming events, showing titles, times, and locations in a scrollable format.
Colour-coded event sources
Events are colour-coded based on their source: scheduler bookings, manually created events, synced Google Calendar events, and task due dates each carry a distinct colour. The colour coding makes it clear where each event came from without opening it.
Creating events from the calendar
Clicking any date or time slot opens the event creation form, pre-filled with the selected date and time. Events, tasks, and bookings can all be created directly from the calendar view, so scheduling happens where the schedule is visible.
Because the calendar pulls in bookings, events, tasks, and synced Google Calendar data, there's no need to check multiple calendars to get the full picture of your schedule.
