Task views - calendar view
Calendar view places tasks on a month or week grid based on their due dates, so upcoming deadlines and scheduling gaps are visible at a glance. Tasks without due dates don't appear on the calendar, which keeps the view focused on time-sensitive work.
Rescheduling by dragging
Tasks can be dragged from one date to another to reschedule. Moving a task to a different day updates the due date automatically, which means rescheduling doesn't require opening the task and editing the date field manually.
Creating tasks from the calendar
Clicking on any date creates a new task with that date pre-filled as the due date. The task form opens with the date already set, so scheduling new work from the calendar takes one click to get started.
Google Calendar sync
When Google Calendar is connected, events from Google Calendar appear alongside tasks on the calendar view. The sync runs both ways: calendar events created in your workspace can appear in Google Calendar, and Google Calendar events show up in your workspace. Seeing tasks and calendar events together helps avoid scheduling conflicts between meetings and deadlines.
Calendar view turns due dates into a visual schedule, so planning and rescheduling happen by moving cards on a calendar instead of editing date fields one by one.
