Task views - agenda view
Agenda view groups tasks by date in a chronological list, so today's work, upcoming deadlines, and overdue items are all separated and easy to scan. The layout prioritises what needs attention right now.
How tasks are grouped
Tasks appear under date headings: today, tomorrow, this week, next week, and beyond. Overdue tasks sit at the top with a clear indicator, so anything past its due date is the first thing visible. Tasks without due dates can be shown in a separate section or hidden from the agenda entirely.
Daily planning with agenda view
The agenda is built for reviewing a day's workload at a glance. Each task entry shows the title, assignee, priority, project, and due date, so deciding what to work on next doesn't require clicking into each task. Marking a task complete from the agenda removes it from the list immediately, which keeps the view focused on remaining work.
Filtering the agenda
Filters for assignee, project, priority, and custom fields apply to the agenda just like other views. Filtering by assignee shows only one team member's upcoming tasks, which makes the agenda useful for both personal planning and reviewing a colleague's workload.
Agenda view answers the most immediate question first: what's due today, what's overdue, and what's coming up next.
