Task views - board view
Board view arranges tasks as cards in Kanban-style columns, where each column represents a task group. Dragging a card from one column to another moves the task between groups, so progressing work through stages is as natural as drag and drop.
Customising columns
Columns are fully configurable. New task groups can be added at any time, and existing groups can be renamed, recoloured, reordered, and deleted. A design project might use columns like "Concept", "Revision", and "Approved", while a development project uses "Backlog", "In Progress", and "QA". Each board maintains its own column structure independently.
Configuring card display
The information shown on each card is configurable. Assignee avatars, due dates, priority indicators, custom field values, and subtask progress can all be toggled on or off. Showing only the relevant fields keeps cards compact and scannable, while toggling more fields on gives a fuller picture without opening the task.
Working with cards
Clicking a card opens the full task detail, where the description, comments, files, time entries, and subtasks are all accessible. Quick actions are available directly from the card too: changing the assignee, updating the due date, or shifting the priority can all happen without leaving the board view.
Board view turns task management into a visual workflow, where the position of each card shows exactly where every task sits in the process.
