Task comments and reactions
Every task has a comment thread where discussions, updates, and decisions are stored alongside the work. Comments stay attached to the task permanently, so context is never lost when team members rotate or clients check in later.
Writing comments
Comments support rich text formatting, including bold, italic, lists, and links. File attachments can be added directly to a comment, so design files, documents, and screenshots are shared in context rather than in a separate file manager. Each comment appears in a chronological feed under the task.
@mentions and notifications
Typing @ followed by a name mentions a team member or client in the comment. The mentioned person receives a notification with a direct link to the task and the comment, which means important updates reach the right people without relying on them to check the task manually.
Emoji reactions
Comments can be reacted to with emojis. Reactions provide a quick way to acknowledge a comment, agree with a decision, or flag something for attention without writing a separate reply. Reaction counts appear under the comment, visible to everyone with access to the task.
Who sees comments
Comments are visible to anyone with access to the task, including clients if the task has been shared with them. Internal and client-visible comments live in the same thread, so task visibility should be considered when discussing sensitive details.
Comments, @mentions, and file attachments keep every discussion tied to the task it belongs to, so decisions and context are always findable.
