Google Calendar sync
Google Calendar connects to your Plutio workspace for two-way sync, so events you create here appear in Google Calendar and events from Google Calendar appear on your calendar. Busy times from synced Google calendars also block out availability on booking pages, which prevents double-bookings across both platforms.
Two-way sync
Events flow in both directions. When you create or update an event here, the change syncs to Google Calendar. When an event is created or updated in Google Calendar, it syncs back to your calendar. Deletions sync both ways too, so removing an event on either side removes it from the other. Sync runs automatically with minimal delay.
Multiple Google calendars
More than one Google calendar can be synced. Personal calendars, work calendars, and shared team calendars can all connect, and events from each appear on your calendar with distinct labels. Selecting which calendars to sync happens during the connection setup, and the selection can be changed at any time.
Availability blocking
Busy times from synced Google calendars are factored into booking page availability. When a time slot is occupied by a Google Calendar event, that slot doesn't appear as bookable on any booking page. Clients can't book meetings during times that are already committed, even when those commitments were scheduled outside of Plutio.
Two-way sync combined with availability blocking means your booking pages always reflect your actual schedule, including events from Google Calendar, so double-bookings are prevented without manually updating availability.
