Scheduler templates
Booking page templates save the full configuration of a booking page, so a proven setup can be reused without rebuilding from scratch. Duration, availability rules, buffer times, payment settings, and description are all preserved in the template.
What templates capture
A template stores every setting from a booking page: the title and description, meeting duration, location type, buffer time between bookings, minimum notice period, date range, availability rules, and payment configuration. When a template is applied to a new booking page, all of these settings are pre-filled and ready to adjust if needed.
Creating a template
Any booking page can be saved as a template from its settings. The template captures the current state of the booking page, so all the configuration that's been refined over time is preserved. Saved templates appear in the template picker when creating a new booking page.
Using a template
When creating a new booking page, selecting a template pre-fills every field with the saved configuration. From there, the title, description, duration, or any other setting can be adjusted for the specific use case. The template itself stays unchanged, so the same template can be reused across multiple booking pages.
Community template library
Beyond custom-saved templates, a community template library offers pre-built booking page configurations shared by other users. These templates cover common scheduling scenarios and can be installed into your workspace. Each community template can be previewed before installing, so the configuration and settings are visible before committing to use it. Installed templates become part of your workspace and can be customised freely.
