Scheduler video meeting integration
Booking pages can auto-generate video meeting links from Zoom or Google Meet, so every confirmed booking includes a ready-to-use meeting link without any manual setup. The link is created at the moment of booking and included in the confirmation email and calendar event.
How auto-generated meeting links work
When a booking page is configured with a video location (Zoom or Google Meet), Plutio creates a unique meeting link each time someone books. The link is specific to that booking, so each meeting has its own room. The link appears in three places: the booking confirmation email sent to the client, the calendar event created in your Plutio calendar, and the booking detail page.
Connecting Zoom
Zoom connects to your workspace through OAuth. Once authorised, booking pages with a video location option use your Zoom account to generate meeting links. Each booking creates a new Zoom meeting on your account with the correct date, time, and duration pre-filled. The client receives the Zoom join link in their confirmation.
Connecting Google Meet
Google Meet integrates through Google Calendar. When Google Calendar is connected and a booking page uses video as the location, a Google Meet link is generated automatically for each booking. The link is attached to the Google Calendar event, so the meeting is accessible from both Plutio and Google Calendar.
Auto-generated video links remove the step of manually creating a Zoom or Google Meet room for each booking, so every confirmed meeting has its own link ready before anyone needs to ask for it.
