Keyboard shortcuts
Keyboard shortcuts speed up navigation, creation, and editing across your workspace. All shortcuts use Cmd on Mac and Ctrl on Windows unless noted otherwise.
Global shortcuts
These work from any page in your workspace, as long as you're not typing in a text field.

Cmd/Ctrl + K | Open spotlight search |
C | Open the global create menu (not available for client roles) |
P | Open Plutio Pal (requires AI to be enabled) |
T | Start a new timer, stop a running timer, or open the timer selector if multiple timers are active (not available for client roles) |
Esc | Close the current popup, overlay, or search panel |
Spotlight search shortcuts
These work when spotlight search is open:

Arrow Up / Arrow Down | Move through search results |
Enter | Open the selected result |
Backspace (when query is empty) | Clear the current search scope |
Esc | Close spotlight |
Sending messages and comments
The shortcut for sending a message or comment is configurable per person. You can change it in your personal Preferences settings. The options are:

|---|---|
| Shift + Enter (default) | Shift + Enter sends; Enter adds a new line |
| Enter | Enter sends; Shift + Enter adds a new line |
| Cmd/Ctrl + Enter | Cmd/Ctrl + Enter sends; Enter adds a new line |
Text editor shortcuts
These work inside any rich text editor (proposals, contracts, wiki pages, task descriptions, comments):
