Proposal and contract templates
Proposals and contracts can be saved as templates, preserving every block, layout decision, content section, and pricing structure. Templates turn a finished document into a reusable starting point, so new proposals and contracts begin mostly complete instead of blank.
Saving a document as a template
Any proposal or contract can be saved as a template from the editor. The template captures the block arrangement, text content, service table line items and rates, signature block placement, and design settings. Once saved, the template appears in the template library for selection when creating new documents.
Creating from a template
When creating a new proposal or contract, selecting a template pre-fills the editor with the saved structure. All blocks, content, and pricing carry over. The client name, project-specific details, dates, and variable amounts can then be adjusted without rebuilding the layout. The template stays unchanged, so the same template works across multiple clients and projects.
Community template library
Beyond templates saved from your own documents, a community template library offers pre-built proposals and contracts shared by other users. Templates can be browsed, previewed, and installed into your workspace. Community templates provide starting structures for different industries, project types, and engagement models, and can be fully customised after installation.
Templates eliminate repetitive setup by preserving the structure, rates, and design that stay the same across documents, so each new proposal or contract starts with a proven layout and only needs the details that change between clients.
