Can't find the delete option on an invoice
The Delete option is hidden on an invoice when it belongs to a subscription. Here's how to handle it:
The invoice belongs to a subscription
Invoices generated by a subscription can't be deleted individually. The delete option is intentionally hidden because the invoice is managed by the subscription. To remove it:
- Go to Financials → Subscriptions.
- Find and open the subscription that created the invoice.
- Click Actions → Delete.
- Confirm: this deletes the subscription and all its invoices.
Other reasons
- Missing permission: your role may not have the delete invoice permission. Ask your workspace admin to check Settings → User roles.
