Messenger customisation
The Messenger widget's appearance can be configured to match your brand, so the chat experience on your website feels like a natural extension of your site rather than a third-party add-on.
Colour and position
The widget's accent colour can be set to match your brand palette. The colour applies to the chat button, the header bar, and interactive elements inside the chat panel. The widget's position is configurable too: bottom-right or bottom-left of the screen, depending on your site's layout and where the chat button fits best.
Welcome and offline messages
A welcome message is displayed when a visitor opens the chat widget. The message sets expectations for the visitor, whether that's "Hi there, how can we help?" or something specific to your business. An offline message replaces the welcome message outside of your configured working hours, so visitors know they're leaving a message rather than expecting a live reply. Both messages are fully editable from Settings.
Team member avatars
Team member avatars can be shown in the chat widget, so visitors see who they're talking to. Avatars add a personal dimension to the conversation and make the exchange feel more like talking to a real person than submitting a support ticket.
White-label branding
With white-label enabled on your workspace, the Messenger widget carries your brand with no mention of Plutio anywhere. The widget, the chat interface, and any email follow-ups all display under your brand identity. Full customisation of colours, messages, avatars, and branding means the Messenger widget looks and feels like it was built specifically for your site.
