Business settings
Every detail configured here propagates automatically across invoices, proposals, contracts, outgoing emails, and client-facing pages. Changing your business name or logo in Settings updates every document and template at once, with no manual edits needed.
What each field controls
Business name and logo appear in document headers, email footers, and the workspace main menu. The name is also used when Plutio generates notifications and reminders on your behalf.
Address, phone number, and website populate the footer on invoices, proposals, and contracts. If a business address changes, updating the address here carries that change into every future document and email automatically.
Timezone
The workspace timezone controls how due dates, automation triggers, and scheduler availability are calculated. A task due on Friday at 5pm resolves to 5pm in your workspace's timezone, and automations scheduled for specific times follow the same clock. Setting the timezone correctly ensures scheduling, deadlines, and automated actions all reference the right local time.
Working hours
Working hours define when your scheduler shows available time slots to clients and leads. Only slots within these hours appear on booking pages, so clients can't book outside of those windows. If individual team members have different schedules, their personal availability overrides the workspace default for their own booking pages.
Default currency and language
The default currency applies to new invoices, proposals, and any pricing fields across your workspace. Individual documents can override the default per document, but setting the most common currency here means less manual selection each time. The workspace language controls the interface language for your team and clients logging in.
