How to set up a booking page with payment
A booking page lets clients and leads schedule meetings and pay in a single step, with the payment collected at the time of booking and the event added to your calendar automatically. Here's how to set one up.
- Create a booking page. From the Scheduler section, create a new booking page. Set the meeting name, description, and duration. The booking page can represent different meeting types: discovery calls, consultations, workshops, or any appointment type.
- Set availability. Define when bookings can be made by configuring available days and time slots. Availability follows your workspace's working hours by default, but can be customised per booking page. Buffer times between meetings prevent back-to-back scheduling, and booking limits cap the number of appointments per day.
- Connect Stripe. Under Settings → Integrations, connect Stripe if not already configured. Stripe handles payment collection on booking pages, processing the charge at the moment the client confirms the booking.
- Set the payment amount. In the booking page settings, enable payment collection and enter the amount. The payment can be a fixed fee or a deposit. When a client books, they enter card details as part of the booking flow, and the charge processes before the booking is confirmed.
- Share the booking link. Each booking page has a public URL that can be shared directly, embedded on a website, or included in proposals and emails. The link opens a calendar view where the client selects an available slot, fills in their details, pays, and confirms.
What the booker sees
The booking page displays a calendar with available time slots. The client selects a date and time, enters their name and email, and completes payment (if configured). A confirmation screen appears after booking, and a confirmation email is sent with the meeting details and any video call link.
Calendar and video integration
Each confirmed booking creates a calendar event automatically, and if Google Meet or Zoom is connected, a video meeting link is generated and included in the confirmation email, so both parties have the meeting on their calendar with a join link ready.
