Project wiki tab
Documentation, standard operating procedures, and client-facing guides can live right inside the project. The project wiki works the same as the main workspace wiki, with pages, nested structures, and a rich text editor, but scoped entirely to the project.
Creating wiki pages
Wiki pages are created from the project's wiki tab using the block editor. Pages support headings, text, images, tables, code blocks, embeds, and other block types. Pages can be nested inside other pages to build multi-level documentation structures, so a project can have a top-level "Onboarding" page with sub-pages for each step.
Use cases for project wikis
A project wiki can hold team processes, project briefs, technical documentation, handoff notes, or client-facing resource guides. Because the wiki is scoped to the project, the content stays relevant to the work at hand and doesn't clutter the main workspace wiki with project-specific material.
Access and visibility
Project wiki pages follow the same access rules as the project itself. Team members with project access can view and edit pages, and clients with project access can view pages shared with them. Keeping documentation inside the project means team members find what they need without searching the entire workspace, and clients see only the guides relevant to their engagement.
