Project conversations tab
Conversations linked to the project keep all communication tied to the work. Messages, shared files, and decisions stay attached to the project they belong to, so switching between projects never means losing track of a discussion.
Starting conversations
New conversations started from the project's conversations tab are automatically tagged to the project. Team members and clients with access to the project can participate, which means project-related discussions stay visible to everyone involved without needing to grant access separately.
Files can be shared within conversations directly, so a design file or a brief can be discussed and stored in the same thread. Shared files also appear in the project's files tab, keeping the file library up to date.
Who can participate
Team members assigned to the project and clients with project access can view and reply to project conversations. Internal and client-facing conversations can coexist in the same project, so team discussions stay separate from client-facing threads while both remain within the project scope.
Conversation history
Every conversation linked to the project stays in the conversations tab permanently. When team members join or leave a project, the full conversation history remains intact and accessible to anyone with current access. Because conversations are tied to projects, context carries over between team members, even when people rotate off the work or new contributors join later.
