Project proposals and contracts tabs
Proposals and contracts created within a project are automatically linked to that project and pre-filled with the project's client. The connection means signed proposals can trigger invoices and project updates without any manual steps in between.
Proposals inside a project
The proposals tab shows all proposals linked to the project. Creating a new proposal from the tab pre-fills the client, project reference, and relevant details. Proposals are built in the block editor with service tables, pricing breakdowns, and e-signature fields.
When a proposal gets accepted, the configured automation kicks in: an invoice can be auto-created from the pricing table, additional tasks can be generated in the project, and the client can be invited to the workspace. These automations are configurable from proposal settings, so each proposal can trigger a different combination of actions.
Contracts inside a project
The contracts tab works the same way: new contracts created from the project inherit the client and project link automatically. Contracts are built in the block editor with rich text, templates, and signature fields supporting multiple signatories.
Contracts can be linked to proposals for paired signing. When a contract and proposal are linked, signing one auto-signs the other. Linked signing means clients sign once and both documents are executed, which reduces back-and-forth during the approval process.
