Project overview tab
The overview tab surfaces the numbers that matter most: task completion, tracked time, budget usage, invoice totals, and upcoming deadlines, all on one screen. Checking a project's health doesn't require opening each tab individually.
Task completion progress
A progress indicator shows how many tasks are complete versus the total task count in the project. The breakdown updates in real time as tasks get marked done, so the current completion state is always visible without navigating to the tasks tab.
Key metrics
The overview displays core numbers for the project: total time tracked across all tasks, budget consumed (as a percentage and absolute amount), invoices sent and their combined value, and revenue collected so far. These metrics pull from live data, so values always reflect the project's current state.
Upcoming deadlines
Tasks with approaching due dates show up on the overview, sorted by urgency. Overdue tasks appear prominently so nothing slips through unnoticed. A single glance at the overview reveals whether a project is on track, over budget, or waiting on outstanding invoices.
